15 may 2025 around 7pm me and my wife went to this Wendy’s drive thru because she was having craving for spicy chicken sandwich as she is pregnant. So we ordered spicy chicken sandwich with extra onions on it and we got the order as we left the drive thru my wife checked that there were no onions added on that spicy chicken sandwich so we went back to drive thru and after seeing us coming back the manager “Sandeep” and 2 other girls were waiting for us at the window. So they asked us what was the whole order and I told them that we ordered spicy chicken sandwich with onions on it and I was by that “Manager Sandeep” was asked to repeat our whole order 3 different times and obviously the third time I raised my voice a little bit because I thought that “Manager Sandeep” had a hard time hearing me and it was not at all in anger or something and then when I raised my voice “Manager Sandeep” with her full arrogant voice told me to keep my voice down I agreed and then told her that I was asked to repeat third time that’s why my voice was a bit loud. Then the other girl who took our order told “Manager Sandeep” that she forgot to add onions and then she went away without apologizing or something. Then the third girl was very kind to us we told her that “Manager Sandeep” attitude with us was very arrogant and rude but she was so kind she told us that she’s only the crew member and offered us free drink also but we politely refused and then they gave us our right order and went away because we just went back to get our right order not to get any freebies or anything. But just want to highlight that “manger sandeep” had an attitude like she owns the whole Wendy’s chain or something. Just want to tell her that even girl maybe you’re the manger but you have zero customer service sense and everyone doesn’t come back for freebies. If we came back for free food we would have ate half of the sandwich already but not even a bite was taken from the original sandwich which we were served. So just a suggestion to “manager sandeep” keep your attitude at your house and do what you’re told to do to that is customer service. I respect the other crew member who handled everything gracefully and also apologized when it was not...
Read moreThe reason i put 2 stars is because of my experience. Food was just like any other Wendy's, ambience/interiors is nice too. No complaints there. I was there in the pwak afternoon hour, they have 2 touch kiosks for ordering and had 1 person at the counter. I tried the kiosks as thats convenient and they encourage that so the person at the counter has minimal interaction. However, the kiosk did not allow me to customize my order the way I would have liked and so was forced to go to the counter. The person at the counter was so overwhelmed with the tasks, there were at least 10 people in the line. This person was responsible for taking orders and dispensing orders. She had to hold the line after every customer as there were orders coming from the kiosks abd they seemed to be getting the preference. The kitchen was quick to prepare the order but the person at the counter was dealing with arranging the trays or take out bags, fetching the fries from one end, desserts from the other end, taking orders in between all this from customers in line, fetching the sandwiches behind her and putting them together with the fries she got from one end.
It took me about 20 minutes to place the order, the order was ready in the next 5and then she took another 5 to fetch the sandwich by which time the fries and the sandwich had become soggy.
Cant blame this person, if anything she was doing her best. They kept 2 kiosks plus one counter but not enough staff to handle that load of orders. They thought, putting kiosks means cutting one person job and saving costs. Unfortunately,they dont yet have robots fetching fries, making shakes, arranging trays, calling out customers and taking orders...
Read moreStopped in for 2 Double JBC's and 2 spicy chicken wraps from the drive thru. Instead of telling me my total the cashier told me to pull up, that's fine I guess but I was paying with cash. After pulling up to the window the worker hands me the debit machine instead of telling me the total. I had to ask how much my total was only to have the window closed and then reopened afterwards to give me my total and the two workers were talking in a different language to each other at the drive thru window. I have worked in fast food for 5 years and it was shocking to witness their lack of professionalism in front of customers. When I finally receive my order, none of my items are wrapped with any care and just thrown into the bag. The bottom of the bag was covered with grease from the burgers, the tortilla used for one of the wraps was wet and sticky from something and there was no lettuce on one of the burger. If I could give this location a 0/5 stars I would. Time and time again I have been let down by this location. Have a little more pride...
