Do not support this business if you are Indigenous or support Indigenous people. The franchise owners, Maninder and Sharan, are extremely racist and that directly reflects in their employment. Recently, a 6yr old Haisla boy came in for an ice cream. He was shamed and bullied by adults for having long hair. He was misgendered and absolutely disrespected. Maninder and Sharan claim they respect and appreciate all cultures, however their true colours show in situations like this. After waiting ten min in the drive thru i was approached by 1 of the five workers standing around doing absolutely nothing only to be asked if an order was mine..which was not! Asked for my money back got into a huge screaming match with the night manager who tells me she doesnt have enough staff! No lady you dont have a staffing issue you have a management issue!
