Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kitimat

Mixup at the till, not sure why the till makes it's own decisions, when the operator punches in what we ask for, is the reason we were given. Name calling by the Tim Hortons staff is not Customer service. Too bad we had that kind of service. We live near 3 Tim Hortons and have never had that experience before. We should have received our receipt, but that wasn't offered to us either, neither was the combo drink, my separate drink was considered to be the combo drink. Weird. I ordered a bowl of chilli and watched the server pour the remaining contents of the pan into a bowl. What I got was a thin soup, not chilli. My bowl consisted of chilli flavoured gravy with very little of anything else. When I asked the counter attendant he said that’s the way it is. I’ve eaten Tim’s Chilli many times at other locations and it was always fine. If I wanted soup I would have ordered soup.
