PF Pizzeria and Bistro — Restaurant in Kitimat

We’ve been ordering from the Bistro for a few years now and it was once our go to spot for take out locally. Unfortunately the quality of the food has taken a major downfall in the last few months. We take it as somewhat acceptable to get the one off, bad meal. But lately, everything with The Bistro has been a total miss. Tonight our order took two hours as opposed to one hour. Honestly, the extra wait would have been totally fine if the food was prepared correctly. Unfortunately, it was anything but that. Our Pepperoni pizza was burnt and it was honestly the most disgusting tasting pizza, that I’ve ever had in my life. We had a $5.99 Delisso stuffed crust, pepperoni pizza just a few days prior. The Delisso Pizza would be classified as fine Italian cuisine when compared to The Bistros, robust, hockey puck pie. It was 1000X better for a fraction of the cost. Good thing I keep up on my dental hygiene because I could have lost a few soldiers in that battle. The fries were somewhere between black and brown in terms of colour. The taste of the fries, reflected that soggy yet burnt look. I’d like to say that the last 2 meals were better but no dice. That’s 3 strikes Bistro…. You’re outta here 💯

R.I.P...

Placed an order tonight for pizzas and poutine. Placed the order at 7pm, I called at 810pm to check on the status and was told the driver is on the way.

Called again 20 minutes later and they told me they will call the driver and tell him to come straight to my delivery.

By 845pm still nothing, I called again and was told the driver tried calling me but no answer, meanwhile I had a few guys from work call and text me to make sure they could get through and they could just fine.

Staff here weren’t helpful and flat out lied saying they tried calling me then I called them out on saying my foods going to be cold by now. Guy on the phone says it took an hour to make it and I said that’s funny because at 808pm I was advised it left 10 minutes ago and it’s approaching 9pm now.

Seriously anyone coming into town for work avoid this place, go to Mr....

Literally the blandest most tasteless pizza I have had in my life They must have some kind of flavour extraction system installed in the kitchen to create a pizza with no flavour whatsoever. Have they not heard of oregano, basil, garlic, or any other spice? I had a Cajun pizza which I expected to have at least some flavour, but nada, nothing. I drowned it in Frank's Red Hot just to try to get some taste into it. The dough was thick and more like a dinner bun than a pizza crust. Seriously, this is one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Don't go there. Also, one of the young female servers was so inappropriately dressed as to be mind boggling. Skin tight spaghetti top and leotard would be much more appropriate at a stripper bar.
