People working there are ridiculous. I ordered a 12 inch sub and asked if i could get a wrap instead of the bread as there’s no option on hotshot for that and if not possible since a wrap could be small. i added special instructions if i could get a 6 inch sub and a wrap and wrote “please if that’s possible” not a necessary thing. they rejected my order providing no explanation. then i ordered again this time i put “insane” in instructions since ive been waiting way too long for the order and it ended up getting rejected without any explanation. then i get a call after i placed my second order that your first order has been rejected because the price would be more because of my instructions. and i said but i ordered again and this time i didn’t ask for a 6 inch sub and a wrap so can i get my 12 inch sub now?? the lady speaking said “ no we won’t give you your sub because you wrote insane in instructions”. I made an order online, one of the subs being the brisket foot long sub, which is an $18.29 sub. When I got home, I had to dig around to find the two little slivers of meat that they put on it. When I called to complain, she said “oh that’s the standard amount of meat. Sorry” and that was that. No offer to make it right, no asking me to bring it in so they can see. Absolutely atrocious. Ordered a Grilled chicken caesar wrap through online ordering, order was 10 minutes late, wrap was not grilled at all and had no sauce whatever to speak of. I think new owners have taken over the place cause this was not the quality I remember just a few months ago.
