Sad to say we got 4 small poutines and the fries were cold and so was the gravy. This is the second location of this chain that we got cold fries and gravy☹🥺 when the fries and gravy are hot the poutine is amazing very enjoyable! At this location we also got ice cream only to find once we got to my favourite part which is the cone was stale. Feeling sad. The 4 poutines cost around $50.00 not happy that we have experienced this at TWO different locations. The first one we were on the road so did not turn around to get the store to fix the issue. This on we sat on the patio which the tables were not cleaned in-between customers. We did return our poutines and asked them to warm them up which instead of just warming them up they replaced them. Paid over 50 ( with tax + extras )for a 8 inch pizza that a 7 year old can take to school as lunch _ that how small it was and for a carnivore poutine that looked good but tasted horible.The fries where stale ( probably fried hours ago) and the cheese was a joke ,can't cut it with a knife or chew it. The poutine sauce tasted like some Chinese cuisine sauce. I had poutine before numerous times but this was really something else . I ordered two servings of “Ptit Pops”, fried cheese curds. It totalled to just under 20$, which is completely ridiculous, but I figured whatever. Then I got my order, I had a grand total of 13 fried cheese curds. I asked if I could get a bit more, stating there’s no way this is what 20$ gets me, but they turned me around. Apparently, the process of frying the cheese curds costs a ton. What a joke. I love those cheese curds but i’m never buying them again, I won’t willingly...
