We went to this restaurant specifically because our hotel that we were staying at partnered with them to receive 15% off your meal. Upon arriving we were greeted and served our drinks and after our order was taken we never saw our server again till she presented us the bill. Didn't even ask how our food was. We waited about 10 minutes after we were finished to be given our bill. After we paid and left we forgot that we didn't present our hotel information to receive the discount. I returned to ask for the honor and I was told I can't and should have presented it. I was a little disappointed considering we didn't even have the option or opportunity to with how our service went from a 5 to a 2. Perhaps if you partner with another business you have a more flexible...

Cold welcome, cold atmosphere. I visited this location to watch a sport game, it was the Euro's semifinals at around 3 in the afternoon. I had to book online for a single person's registration. Pretty inconvenient, picked myself a table and then waited. I asked the waitress if she could put the game on she said that she would check...after 20 minutes of having seen replays of last habs' game, no more waitress in sight..I now was sitting there alone no menu to look at or game. Sincerely my worst experience in a long while. After another 5 of looking around I stood up and left, went home and watched the game on stream instead ...🙄🙁

Saved my hard earned money for something worth it like...

Service is great, interior is nice, even comfortable booths 👍🏻 But the food was very bad.

I worked as a restaurant manager in different countries for 10 years and I know what I'm talking about.

We ordered steak with caesar salad, sweet potatoes with sauce, pizza-pasta. The quality of the steak was poor. The sauce to the sweet potatoes was very bad (tasted like my homemade mayonnaise). Also, we had to pay an extra $4 to change the regular potatoes to sweet potatoes. Even though the price difference is 2$ on the menu. The pizza was not good and the pasta tasted horrible.

Because of the not tasty food we will never go back to this cozy place with good...
