Délice Resto Lounge — Restaurant in Lévis

We were passing by and my attention got caught by the beautiful lights that were decorating the building, so we got back to try it out. We were immediately seated with our menus even though I think it was a busy night for them, plus we were welcomed with smiles and great hospitality. Every waitress who came to our table was very nice, with great attitude and so much patience, they even offered to get us a menu in English because we were struggling with French😅. They also came a couple of times to our table asking if everything was okay, and just for this gesture the restaurant takes two whole stars.

Now, for the food, we ordered Linguine Alfredo, and I can describe it with one word: DELICIOUS. Now if you like your food a little bit salty then you may add some salt but that’s about it. Nothing’s wrong with it. It’s so full of flavor that it literally feeds your soul too. The chicken was very well cooked and the presentation is pretty.

Al Forno Lasagna, well I have a different opinion about this one, for me the tomato sauce with the meat was very sour, too much lemon in the sauce. Inside the Lasagna was also a bit dry and lacked salt, so it wasn’t really my taste

The Cesar Salad also lacked salt, I felt it was too heavy even tho it was dry, a weird combination of different tastes in my mouth. Also wasn’t really my taste.

I wasn’t really wanting to drink alcohol so I tried the Lemonade, I like my juices fresh, whether it was orange, apple or any kind of juice, and honestly this is what I expect to get when I order juice/Lemonade. What I got was a bitter taste Lemonade (even tho the presentation of it was pretty), but the taste was not.

As for dessert we got Chocolate Cake, the cake itself was dry but it had a very delicious chocolate syrup in the middle. The top coat with the whipped chocolate cream was not good (for me).

All in all, I think I would come back to try the meat because it looked delicious, and because the service was AMAZING. Our waitress Laurie was so so sweet and she deserves all the...

My apologies for posting in English. Excellent experience! I was visiting Québec from Nashville, Tennessee, USA, for my friend's birthday, and she wanted to try Délice. Delightful service. Good drinks. Great good. Fun atmosphere. Lots of parking. Easy to make reservations. I ordered onion rings as well as a steak with fries and salad. My friend ordered the tartares and escargot. Creme brulee for her birthday dessert. All of it was really good.

I ordered the Nashville Style Chicken to take home, and it was also delicious!! Being from Nashville, I have tried all of it here, with variably hot / spicy being the ultimate goal of Nashville Hot Chicken (it's not so much about its actual flavor). I will say that Délice's Nashville Style Chicken is not very hot / spicy; instead, it is very savory and flavorful. There were no pickles on top of the chicken, but there was a side of yummy coleslaw that complemented the chicken well. The dipping sauces were good! It was 8:30 am when we arrived at the restaurant. It wasn't full and we decided that since it was breakfast with the kids, the earlier the better. When we arrived, we were disappointed and really surprised when the male hostess told us that there were no tables available until 12:00 noon. Considering that the restaurant was mostly empty and no one was waiting at the door when we arrived, the time frame seemed excessive. What makes this even more unsatisfactory and frustrating is that we went back to the car and saw that we could book online through Libro and there was availability at 9:00 a.m. that same morning. I'm not sure why we couldn't be seated and why the hostess only had a 3 hour window until the next availability, which is a long time in itself, but just the fact that he made no effort to even try to seat us we decided not to book online and would probably not return to this...
