3 out of 3 visits in the last month have turned me off of this location. New staff are a couple of "dudes" that need some serious supervision and training. If I owned this location I would be very concerned about the way they are handling things while you're away from the store. Place is disgustingly dirty. In front and behind the counter. They have time to look at their friends car but behind the counter looks like a bomb has gone off. No lids on the food. More cross contamination with foods tossed carelessly back towards their repective bins than i care to think about. All the tables and floor are filthy. I would lose my $#!T if I owned or managed this place and walked into like it has been any of my last three visits. If these young fellows are there on my next attempt and the store looks the same I will leave and not return.
2 weeks since my last visit. There was 3 young women working today about 530 pm. The place was clean including all the tables and floor. The food prep area was spotless and the 1 was cleaning the oven. They where friendly neat and efficient. I mentioned my previous visit and they all made comments about the above review and apologized for the others work ethic. These 3 including Caitlin (*sp) are stars! I will be back and hope to see them there when I return. Keep up the good work ladies! Maybe the boys could benefit from your supervision...

Since hotel rules don’t allow pets to be left alone in the room, I left my dog in my truck with the engine and A/C running to keep him safe and cool. I had only planned to be in and out, only to be confronted by another customer who criticized me for leaving my vehicle running. Disappointingly, the staff member behind the counter chimed in with unnecessary comments that included agreeing with the other customer that I was breaking many laws. I take pet safety seriously and would never put my dog at risk - air circulation was on full blast specifically for his well-being. It was disheartening to be judged instead of treated with courtesy. I put in an incorrect order online (expressed my mistake) and asked for customer service and the girl who answered was so rude and disrespectful on the phone. I asked for the order to be cancelled as it was the wrong store and they put me “on hold” but could hear her perfectly and she started taking another order and then coming back saying “I tried and I cannot give you your refund back.” I expressed I could hear her on the other end and she did not try. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she hung up on me VERY UNIMPRESSED by this service and store location. Sad, as we go there often but will not support this disrespect again.
