This is by far the worst we have ever been treated by a staff member in any restaurant anywhere in the world we have been. Our table of 4 was bullied into leaving the restaurant in the middle of our meal. We ordered and sat at 6:30pm and our food arrived at 6:50pm. The loud, arrogant male server dropped our food and told us we had 10 minutes to eat and we had to leave at 7pm sharp. At 7pm he stood over our table and told us to leave while putting to-go containers on the table. He was loud, rude, and tried intimidating our parents to pay and leave. He bullied our parents, made everyone in the restaurant uncomfortable with his loud yelling about getting out of the restaurant. Even the cooks were laughing and encouraging him. It was unbelievable how this place can run a business. They don't care about their customers at all. A far cry from when Chantana was the owner. As an FYI, Chantana no longer owns this place and is not the cook anymore. This place has gone so downhill from an authentic Thai place to just another below average restaurant serving bland thai food, with the rudeness built in. Avoid this place. It's not Chantana's anymore.

Westernized Thai restaurant located within a nearly empty mall. We ordered at the takeout counter and luckily they had a special for green curry and pad thai on Friday for $25. We also ordered the satay and the spring roll for an additional $9. Food portion was good for the price, but taste-wise, it was very much flavourless. The pad Thai didn’t seem to have any tamarind and it was very pale in comparison to the usual pad Thai. The green curry was overly runny with vegetables you wouldn’t normally find in a Thai dish. The spring rolls and satay was decent but they were mostly fried dishes and taste was mostly deprived from the coating. We were pretty disappointed as it looked like the owner and the chefs are Thai people, but I guess they have to cater to the location population.

Love Pad Thai but this one was watery as heck and lacking flavor, asked for extra peanuts but really couldn't see them! Was going to order the spring rolls and glad I didn't because the table next door got them and they looked really overcooked like the oil needed to be changed. There's only five tables and they close at 7:00 p.m. and I think they take the last customer at 6:30. My daughter's food came out about 7 minutes before mine. The decor is cute but dated and the place was kind of messy and it's inside this tiny little rundown mall. Don't think I'll be back but I might to try a different dish. See the picture of my hoodie that got really splattered with water from the pad Thai

I ordered a pickup from restaurant and also received a delivery order from doordash. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff informed me that the DoorDash order was ready, but my own order would take an additional 10 minutes. I collected the DoorDash order and completed the delivery. After returning to the restaurant 10 minutes later as instructed, the server informed me that the order I had picked up earlier was actually mine and that I needed to exchange it. Despite my frustration, the server defended their actions by saying they were busy and didn't apologize. To make matters worse, they mistakenly gave my order to a DoorDash customer and even falsely claimed that I had taken the wrong order. I always double-check the name before picking up orders and distinctly remember the server telling me that the first order was the DoorDash delivery, while mine would take an extra 10 minutes. This incident has left me disappointed and shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism in...

In the quaint little "mall" of Turtle Bay by the Tim Hortons nearby, this restaurant hosts one of the most unique setups of a restaurant I have ever seen - cafe-style, two wide doors and glass windowed walls leading to the mall's space. The art is a plus and the space is comfortable, but what about the food?

Delicious and filling, I cannot speak to the health quality of the lunch menu I chose from, but with how cheap the prices are, you are getting the most legitimate pad thai I have ever had, not even mentioning the complimentary soup and clementine. I will definitely be a lunch regular here.

Besides the health value of the food and a bit of a language barrier between my lovely host and I (which was far from a problem, and rather charming), this place was perfect for what you're expecting from a small local...
