ANOTHER UPDATE 09.14.25 I'm sorry this update took too long my purse ate my receipt!! Rohit was our Server and he is wonderful. I had my usual waffle done right and Harold had Apple Pie pancakes with an orange strawberry mojito which he really enjoyed both of our meals were fresh and absolutely delicious. Thank you Rohit!! D Spot is always so clean and we always have a relaxing and wonderful meal here on Amy Croft Drive. UPDATE: We went back last week and oh my the Belgium Waffle with the hot apples and cinnamon was so so so dang good!! Harold had the Waffle Done Right and he was very impressed. Speaking of impressed, the Cafe is always spotless and when you walk in you are greeted like Family. I LOVE THIS CAFE!! 08.01.25 Yep, we went back again and Harold had Apple Pie Pancakes and he said they were very enjoyable and I could tell because he finished them all. I am addicted the Waffle Done Right because the waffle is always done perfectly and the fruit is always fresh and delicious. I also had a Mix Berry Mojito which is unusual for me but it was very refreshing and delicious. Jaimin, who does most of the cooking and serving is extremely pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Again, I cannot wait to go back!! 06.14.24 and 6.15.24 Updates on the 14th I had Waffle Done Right and I want to tell you that it was absolutely scrumptious, the top was filled with an abundance of fresh fruit and topped with Belgian milk, white and dark chocolate...FABULOUS!! Harold had a Blueberry Heaven Waffle with Blueberry Ice Cream and said it was delicious. On the 15th, my Bestie and I went for an early dinner. Kelle had the classic cheeseburger with french fries and said it was really really really really really really good and she could not wait to tell her Son to bring his girlfriend here. I had the We Blend Together Waffle and once again it was fabulous. Roshami and Jaimin are wonderful people, friendly, caring and welcoming. Jaimin made all the meals and he is extremely gifted and talented!!! I am very much looking forward to our next visit!! We went back for dinner and I had I had the best strawberry ice cream I have had in a very long time and Harold had a strawberry shortcake milkshake and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Roshani greeted us with a friendly smile and served us as well. We enjoyed our first visit immensely! UPDATE: We went back for my birthday and we had an awesome time. I had a strawberry banana smoothie, a Belgium waffle called We Blend Together and it was delicious!!!! Harold had a Hawaiian Burger Combo and he thoroughly enjoyed it!! Then Aarohi, who was our FANTASTIC Server brought me a birthday ice cream with a candle and a Happy Birthday sign and all the team members sang Happy Birthday to me. What a TERRIFIC Birthday celebration I had!!! Thank you EVERYONE!! You really should visit this restaurant, Friendly, clean and a happy environment with excellent food and an endless menu!!! I cannot wait...

Update: As I wrote in my original review that I would visit again—so I did, today on August 18, 2024. Reducing my rating from 5 star to 1—only because of the service (rude behaviour from one of the staff)

Unlike our first experience, today the waiter was rude from the beginning but we thought maybe it's just how they speak (some people speak a bit loud—I get that). When we went there, we saw some of our friends and so we sat together (they were 4, we were 7), as usual, we wanted pay separately. I wouldn't go about the other service pitfalls but this—they didn't charge me gratuity but they did charge it to my other friends (my friends didn't question it and one of them noticed it after we left). While paying for their food, one of my friends wanted to order cake slices as well—that's when the service person got rude ("I don't like this way of ordering blah blah"). My friend being the polite person he is, didn't say anything, he paid the gratuity but didn't tip.

In my opinion, it's crucial for hospitality industry people to be in good behaviour when they are at work. Charging my friends gratuity was NOT RIGHT. We met at the restaurant and we paid separately. And even if they wanted to charge gratuity they should have charged everyone. So, it was definitely a mistake. Also when there's a group, YOU ASK THEM FIRST IF THEY WANT TO PAY TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY. You just don't assume.
