Guac Mexi Grill — Restaurant in Lakeshore

I ordered a burrito bowl for my son and was completely disappointed when he showed me that it was half full. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know of my dismay. I explained to them that I ordered almost all the toppings and still received a bowl half full. That was very disappointing and your restaurant should be ashamed to give customers this garbage. When I called the restaurant and spoke to the young man, he blatantly told me that I don’t understand franchise rules and they are only allowed to fill the bowl minimally. I told them that I am a franchise owner, and there is absolutely no way a franchise would dictate as such. We always go to Barburrito and their bowls are overly full that we can’t even finish. Because I was in this area, I decided to go to this place. Terrible experience, terrible staff, terrible food. I will never ever go back there. They did not give me a possible excuse as to why the bowl was half full, and it was filled with all the ingredients that were available on the menu. Staff did not offer any solutions other than to blame the very franchise...

Recently, I visited Guac Mexi Grill's Amy Croft Drive location and wanted to share my experience. First of all restaurant was quite clean and hygiene was maintained properly. Owner & Restaurant staff were super friendly and welcoming. So far I have tried different Mexican restaurants and I wanted to try some new flavors. Restaurant owner was really helpful and explained everything in detailed. During my visit, I tried their Taco Bowl and it's taste was really yummy. Food quality was really good, vegetables were fresh and juicy. Their sauces and spices were full of flavors. In this price range, portion size was good enough. Additionally, I am a vegetarian and they have good vegetarian options available. So it was pretty easier for me to choose. My overall experience was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to visit this...

The total of our order was over $100 on Skip the Dishes and to say the least, no one was happy with their meals.

My meal was a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken which cost $4 more make the total of a burrito bowl to be $25.

The bowl was filled about 1/4 of the way and there was barely any chicken in it.

I’m not sure how they could make a bowl like that and think it was adequate enough to serve to a paying customer.

Charging $25 for a burrito bowl that had about $3 worth of food in it is absolutely insane!
