Me and a few coworkers ordered some lunch at 10:30am to be ready for 12:15, giving them almost 2 hours to have our 5 meals ready. We got here at 12:15 and they did even start on any of our orders yet. She told us the iPad doesn’t buzz when she gets online orders so we should’ve called instead. How we would know that? Why have an online ordering system if it doesn’t work? She didn’t even apologize and said now we have to wait 20 minutes for everything to be ready. I really enjoy the food here and have been here MANY times but the service is so horrible that I don’t ever want to come back. I’ve also had bad service problems before (waiting 15 minutes for a smoothie and then being told that I didn’t order it even though I just placed my order through the kiosk and showed my receipt) so this is very common. I stopped in for the first time last week, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Moe and Huda were absolutely amazing! Going into a new place with an unfamiliar menu can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made it such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. They took the time to offer recommendations based on the best sellers and even gave me a free sample of their soup of the day—lentil soup, it was phenomenal! To top it off, they also brought out a free dessert tasting, which was a nice surprise.

What really stood out to me was how warm and personable Moe and Huda were. They made me feel like a regular, taking the time to chat and make the experience feel personal and special. I’ll definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend checking this place out if you haven’t already! Thanks...

I visited this establishment multiple times before making this review for accuracy. Every time I visited, I always had a wonderful experience. I have tried the Dubai chocolate heart, lotus cheesecake cup, strawberry paradise cake (full cake) and the Dubai strawberry cup. Every time I ordered, the product was always consistent in portion and ingredients. Store is very clean and staff is friendly. My most recent experience Sandy and Huda introduced me to their bowls, I had 2 samples. One of the butter chicken and the other one I can’t remember but it was chicken also.
