Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Langford

Last Two times I got pizza form this location i had a bad experience with the pizza delivery driver. First time i had an issue the delivery driver went to the wrong location, then proceeded to tell me i was at the wrong location in a rude and inconsiderate way continue to telling me he was at my house after i had to walk down to the main road and then continue down the main road until i found him in front of the wrong house. What happened tonight is I had a flustered pizza delivery driver not have change to pay me back. In a bit of a frantic way this poor guy expressed to me that he has been given not enough to pay me back the whole amount of change i was owed, one issue is i gave him 2 dollars in change that he could have given back to me after i told him give me what he has got and call it even. Another issues is when i call in and explained this to the manager, i was met with "will you let me speak" and then i was met with this person explaining to me about his drivers only have 15$ worth of change for there safety (just so happens the exact amount I asked for) I didn't feel like we where communicating in a good way and ultimately i said i don't want anything in return, after being talked to poorly from the manager. The fact the driver ended up in this situation sucks, but i also feel like i wasn't given options to deal with this other ways, cash had exchanged hands before I'm told i cant be paid back, Otherwise id have gone inside and got a card to pay. I do not intend to use this store location anymore, and i would hate to see this delivery driver get in some sort of unreasonable trouble, especially when i witnessed the nature of this manager. i paid 62$ (three twenty dollar bills and two loonies) for 43 dollars (and some change) of pizza. i got...

Will forget to put Chicken on a BBQ Chicken pizza on August 4👎🏻

Will issue you an order credit when you call to complain. "Just give us your name next time you order from us and your order credit will be recorded down for us to reference"👍🏻

Will not have your order credit recorded down when you go to use it on September 27👎🏻

Will tell you it's your fault for not getting it in writing via email and that they never keep store credits written down👎🏻

Will raise their voice at you as you politely, rationally, and calmly explain why you got a credit in the first place👎🏻

Will call you "ignorant" when you simply reiterate again what you were told on the phone when the credit was issued👎🏻

Will have zero customer service skills and be defensive without even listening to a customer👎🏻

Will reluctantly give you credit and ask you "is that good enough for you?"👎🏻

Quite possibly the worst "customer service" interaction I have ever experienced. This was with the young, petite, Jamaican women. I know she was Jamaican because that is how she attempted to justify/excuse her loud, aggressive, defensive personality to me as she kept raising her voice and interrupting me. GM of Domino's Pizza's for 16 years apparently. I find that hard to believe with manners like that and such a lack of communication skills in a professional...

I've been a loyal customer to this place for 8 months now and never felt so betrayed. The loyalty was purely based on price point and not quality of food. Like they say pizza is like sex, even if its bad its still good. Today Monday the fifth of February, this place tore my heart in half; they took away the 50% off all pizza coupons for delivery. As a student I am constantly under a time crunch, thus making it difficult to find time to drive to terrible pizza. Once we saw this news we could hear cries from across the school campus, "WHY DID DOMINO'S REMOVE THEIR CHEAP PIZZAS FOR DELIVERY", and all I could feel was a sinking feeling in my gut. The absence of cheap pizza is absolutely devastating and my wallet has never felt so heavy.
