Our service 10 minuties ago was terrible by one of the 2 girls were working. Our family went in to grab ice cream after our gorgeous Sunday family day, and the girl working was so rude & condescending. The kids wanted 2 half flavours & she very rudely stated customer policy that we would need to purchase both scoops, which is totally fine & we were happy to do that. Then creating conversation we asked if that had changed recently as we thought we had gotten 2 flavours before but she said “no it’s always been that way” and started talking about marble slab, then I said most ice-cream places will let you do that too and she bit off our heads and said “we aren’t an ice cream place”. Then the worst part of the whole encounter was... our 3 year old son dropped a few drops of ice cream on the floor so we cleaned it up with a napkin and as we poked our head around the counter to ask to throw away the napkin into their garbage she says “excuse me there is no garbage and you can’t come back here, bring it outside to the garbage with you”.
