I mean to not know what options of tea there are between two employees is kinda sad. The computer wouldn’t load so they were getting frustrated and after having waited in a line for over 10 minutes for a simple drink for them to not know what was supposed to be in it made me irritated. I literally said multiple times “any tea, however it’s normally made” and they were SO upset that I couldn’t select a specific tea when neither of them could even list any to pick from. I know staffing is hard these days, but slow service and no service has made this place go downhill. Also the bathrooms as so tiny! I’m normally not a big girl, but being pregnant you can’t even open the stall (inward door) without being shoved over the toilet. I feel bad for the ladies with extra weight who can’t even find a comfortable place to go to the bathroom. No sanitary hooks to hang bags either. Needs some serious...

I did a mobile order of 3 coffees a head of time I get in the store no line up, employee cleaning counter I had to wait for the her to finish cleaning before she started to make my coffees and then I had to hear her complain about all mobile orders and how they need to stop doing mobile orders until they have more staff. It was 3 coffees and she had no customers store was very very quiet. Another time I order 2 mobile coffees and when I picked them up they were made wrong, I told the girl that they were incorrect and all she did was take the coffees walk away and just change the lids she wrote on. Now that's lazy. I think it's time again for me to just make my own coffee to go and save the hassle of going to Tim's. And yes at the time of this complaint I was a regular for yrs 5 days a week min 2-4 coffees per order, min 1 to 3...
