We were here for a birthday supper with family and friends (18) and honestly we waited forever for the first communication to take our appetizers and drinks, i had to flag them down to come to the table. Our meals came 45min after and not complete for our whole table,some people were almost finished and others hadn't even got their meals.I had to go down into the entrance then kitchen to find someone in charge due to the fact that my daughter found a band-aide in her salade In the end we waited another 40min for some of our bill's and someone never even got their food and refused it in the end when they said it was on its way 1h35 later while we were asking for the bill!! This was one of the worst restaurant experience ive ever had as a group and we are out 2 times a week min. Would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy!! Horrible service, food and all aroud organization,who ever is running this place should loose their job.

I was expecting more along the lines of, I'm sorry for your experience at our restaurant recently and that I was unavailable to talk to you on site in person due to the fact that I was indisposed at that moment ( I asked for him at 2 different times). This is not the kind of service my restaurant is known for and again I'm sorry for your experience at Casa Grecque, I hope you can trust us again at a later date. Sincerely the owner.

EDIT: The restaurant seemed to take this seriously. The review was sent to the specific location, and I spoke on the phone with one of the chefs (perhaps head chef?). They want to make sure that if I am ever back, they would try to make things right. I don't live in Laval, so I'm not sure how likely that is, but I absolutely respect this move as the vast majority of chains would not take the time to reach out.

So the good part. The servers were relatively efficient and nice. That's good, right?

Started with Calamari. Tiny portions for the 'large' unseaoned, and bland.

Split the 'Festin de Brochette' with a friend. We ordered it based on the photo that accompanied the selection in the menu. What arrived was NOTHING like the photo. Steak was bland, and improperly cooked to order. Chicken was bland but cooked decentely. Shrimp was bland but the garlic butter cures all. Rice was undercooked and the potatoes were bland and undercooked.

Overall, this evening left a sour taste in my mouth. For a group of 20 people, perhaps that was an expected outcome, but all in all, this is NOT the place to go to for...
