Restaurant Boustan — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

A bit not nice when you see the guy preparing your food puts the plate in front of you and arranges the meat in the plate with his fingers.

I told them and they were ready to change it but I said no and I left.

That is not all, some kids in front of me ordering shaorma sandwich and the pita was moved on the counter like cleaning it, that was a bit disturbing to see as well.

I don’t recommend this place as they are not paying attention how they are assembling your plate and pita.

If I get sick or you get sick because you paid $10 to eat, I’m not sure if the restaurant will help you with something, plus you will need proof it was from them.

So I think we need to be careful when ordering and seeing how the food it’s assembled because your body it’s the most important one.

This is not the only place in Laval or Montreal how they are assembling the food, I’m sure others...

This review is nearly 2 months late, but I simply had to write it.

My family had a reservation at the restaurant next door (Casa Grecque), but some mix-up happened, and we were left with no reservation at all and we were looking for a restaurant immediately.

Boustan took us in right away, table of 13 people, asked one of the employees to take our order at our table, served our food at table, and clearly surpassed our expectations in terms of service. No one expects that kind of incredible service at a fast-food restaurant, so when the restaurant offers you that amazing service in a heartbeat (and I didn't even need to ask), they truly deserve à 10-star rating on a 5-star scale.

The service is bad and the quality of the food is very low comparing to the other Boostans

The individual who act like a big boss , he is also the one who is preparing the food, has a bully attitude when making the food , making different faces and making comments when we were asked what ingredients we would like ! I was so close to blow it to him but kept my breath cool since i was hungry and wanted to eat and leave as quick as possible. He is also interrupting other employees when they try to assist customers, keep talking to them in Arabic. Not sure how they keep a bully with this kind of attitude around. It's a restaurant , you take orders, prepare the orders , shut your mouth and avoid eye contact with customers. Simple as is.
