This is my favorite buffet. Of course a buffet isn't a fancy 5 star restaurant, but as a buffet I rate it 5 stars. The staff is super kind, I drink like a sponge and they fill my water without asking. There is a great variety of food, even a chef who cook with a wok in front of you the things of your choosing. I love the frog legs it tastes like exotic chicken. I love how I don't have to order just 1 meal. In spite of the buffets legends that stuff aren't fresh, it tastes very fresh. I love their vegetables. I paid so much more for a delivery meal, it's like 2 meals, and they add so much vegetables! I went to restaurants that only give the general tao chicken without any green in sight for a high price, I didn't feel fed, it was just fried wheat all over. But fulam feeds you some vitamins. With their takout you get a bucket of veggies, a delicious recipe that I'm unable to copy. I like the chicken with cashews and veggies. I only with they delivered everything in the buffet. But they are kind to visit. It's clean, their carpet don't give me breathing problems even though brand new ones can. The aquariums look clean. It's one of my happy places. The buffet might be a bit expensive to go often, since we can't bring leftovers home... but the trio they deliver can last me 2 meals easily so it's cheaper than most places for the amount, and it has a better quality of food, their side of veggies is more nourishing than fries. I love it!
EDITED: I found what looks like a cockroach in the bathroom. I discretely asked for the manager to come check. I had to talk to 3 employees who told me it's normal, impossible to fix and accuded me of making a scene. I didn't come out of the bathroom screaming cockroach. I'm even more disgusted by the disrespect & unwilling to fix the problem than the bug itself. They blamed the mall, then tell the mall! A client didn't seem to care but I lived with cockroaches and I'm not eating or bringing them home. The manager was super kind, offered me to pay for free meal or take out. But if everyone think that brown bugs are normal, i probably need another restaurant. It breaks my heart but i don't want to bring them home with food. And i lost my appetite. It wasn't a scam for a free meal. I just hoped the employes cared...
Read moreI wonder how the hell this place still open! I got there a Sunday at 5:30pm and Seriously go as far away as you can from this buffet before you make your self sick ! This was the worst food ever. Nothing was fresh everything frozen and heated , rice tasted like dirt général tao that was nasty I was scared I eaten cat food. The food looked cheap and tasted horrible. We ordered a sangria that tasted like vomit. Deserts were just grose…. The atmosphere felt like a funeral home stuck in the 90s with marble green tiles . Felt so cold . the walls the frames the carpet the stuff on the celling it was so depressing. The service holy crap they were arrogant rude and poor customer service . I was shocked when a person that came with us had a allergie and ask for white rice. they gave her a Bowl of cold fridge rice and told her they where not capable of heat it up in anyways possible ! one more thing !!! the pizza is the same one ass you buy at maxi so go get one there and eat at home it would come to the same….. why go to a restaurent for no fresh food …???? to finish our ordeal at the end came the bill with the lady haracing us for not leaving a tip .
