The worst service I ever experienced at a Restauraunt. I was with my family. I ordered 2 sandwiches from the SUBWAY app. I paid $18.03 via my linked bank card card. Their app was experiencing some sort of an issue and it froze. It said to contact the store. Since I was there I walked up to the counter. I told them. They said they had been having problems with their system. Therefore this was a known issue. I said I was charged and showed them my online banking. The SUBWAY app showed their location. The amount $18.03 and that there was a problem and to call the location. I then showed the man at the counter the transaction and that I was just charged. He told me that there’s nothing he could do about it. I explained that I just paid and had all the proof. They then told me to contact DoorDash (wtf)?? I told them once again, this is via the SUBWAY app. His own store was listed. And I got charged and got nothing. No sandwich. No money returned. They then he told me to leave the Restoraunt. We ordered and sat inside the dining room and started eating around 4:30-4:35pm and got told to "hurry up" because they wanted to close early to clean up....but they close at 5:00pm. When we said we'd finish eating before leaving, they called the buildings security guard to try and push us out.. like seriously? We finished eating at around 4:50pm, before closing time. 🤦♀️
When I was working in a restaurant at 16, a client could walk through the door at 4:50pm, I would have to serve them, and wait for them to eat, no questions asked.

Receive a notification that the order is ready. Once I get there, there is a line full of people so I politely asked the girl at the cash for my order (as I normally do at other subways) she then begins to tell me that they never received my order and that there’s nothing she can do for me — I asked to be reimbursed and she called the manager since she didn’t know how… only for him to say to pass through the app… there isn’t an option in the app… The manager than tells her to tell me to contact my credit card company and contest the charge…
