I came to order a chicken sandwich today and after paying, I noticed there is dry chicken that is stale and more fresh. I asked for the fresh one. The guy started making it. Then the owner came and refused to serve the fresh one and wanted me to get the dry stale leftover. I said you have both why give me the old one. Then he just said I'll give you your money back. Unprofessional and disgusting. Do not go there. There are much better places near by. They had no customers and their food looks bad.

I have no words to describe the customer service in this restaurant. I asked for a kafta sandwich with french fries and I made sure to repeat the order many times but we ended up with no frensh fries. On the other hand, we ordered a burger with cheese but again I discovered that no cheese inside. And when I checked with him , he seemed that he knew that he was missing the french fries, hence I found it useless to check with him about the cheese !! I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While the food was okay, the service was extremely poor. The staff member ignored instructions, blamed me for their mistakes, and even accused me of lying. He attempted to involve my wife as a witness, creating an uncomfortable situation. Additionally, my wife's order was also messed up. I spoke up when her order was incorrect, and the staff member responded by cursing (in either Arabic or another language) making the situation worse.
