Gaufres et Glaces / Cinnamour Laval — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

This was not my first time visit. The first time everything was amazing! My complaint at the time would of been how the heck can i try everything on their huge menu! It seemed like an unlimited amoint of choices.

Where i got dissapointed was in my 2nd visit when i wanted more. Given this is post pandemic, and it was oddly busy for 1030 pm in the evening. Let this rating reflect my last visit only. I had ordered the flat waffle which was in fact not a traditional waffle but the bubble waffle. 1st order was wrong so i guess they rushed me a 2nd order but then this one ended up being slightly under cooked. Only realized this when i took it out to eat. The line at the time was just way too long to go back. The 2 staff were already over worked. I had also ordered a float with coke, but by default they used coke zero which i did not like. They had already poured it into the ice cream before i can ask. Once again i could of asked to change it but the line was long and would of wasted that cup. I think it was just an off night for them. I would still go back and try other...

Website shows pictures of really tasty looking thick milkshakes. We ordered the “skor milkshake” What we got was a cup of milk with candy in it and some whip cream on top. Felt like they forgot to add the ice cream. On top of that the price was much higher than the other milkshakes on their menu and this one wasn’t listed anywhere. Very disappointing.

we saw the skor milkshake on your website. I couldn’t find it listed anywhere on the 3 different menus in 3 different places. I even asked the young lady if that was something they still offered and when the price came up $15.50 I questioned it because the price of several other similar items were lower ($8-$11). The young lady couldn’t point out where the milkshake was on any of your menus and just said she didn’t make the prices and it’s probably because it has whip cream and other things on top. First time there and our experience was horrible. 3 girls working behind the counter were very rude when we asked about the deserts and at the end we got the wrong flavours! The ice cream deserts with the exception of the waffle cone were poorly made and not worth the money. $64.12 for ice cream for 4 people. I do not like complaining about any business but this place really disappointed us. One of the funniest things were when we were handed the ice cream deluxe cup we questioned if it was the thing we ordered as it looked nothing like the picture the reply we got “ oh yes we cannot make it like that it would not fit in the cup” anyways for me it was a big waste of money and the service was hugely disappointing, not going back!
