terrible service!!! My family walked in around 4pm on a sunday afternoon. the place was empty, yet we waited over 5 minutes to be seated. it seemed everyone was ignoring us. Half the staff was at bar, twiddling their thumbs and the other half was near kitchen doing same. The waitress who finally came to seat us had no idea where to bring us. the place was empty!!!! After finally being seated we ordered drinks, my beer was warm and flat as pee. I told waitress. I went to salad bar an upon returning to my table she still hadn't replace my warm beer. The replacement beer was just as warm!!!! probably just topped off the old one. I ordered ribs with baked potato and lo and behold I get fries!!!! Were talking a sunday afternoon non rush hour time!!!!

I gave this restaurant a second chance because the previous time we came,the waitress was the most obnoxious waitress I have ever seen. She wondered why she got no tip from us??? Needless too say I am never stepping into this...

The food here was OK at best. I've been to several Scores and this one seemed to be a little bit on the lower end in quality. It's all the same food but the way it's presented is not the same as others I've been to. The salad bar for instance has many choices. But everytime I go pick something it looks like it has been sitting there for a while and staled out.

I order a chicken breast and fries. The chicken looked like it was cooked an hour ago, parts of the chicken were dried out and the fries were glistening with oil and worse tasted like oil. It's a shame it has a really great location and great parking too. Hope this place improves on the quality and presentation. The overall upkeep was not that great either. The seat i was sitting on had stains and I saw some food on the floor in a couple of places. Service overall was very good no complaints and deserts...

Went on Father's Day and was not impressed. First off there was no air conditioning in the restaurant it was so hot customers and waitresses were sweating. When I asked about it I was told today is a hot day and its hard for the air conditioning to keep restaurant cool. Ridiculous! The salad bar on the 2 occasions I went to get something had no lettuce and no cottage cheese the carrots were brown and looked rotten and not kept clean... Also when we hit our food my sister in law never got her plate 10 min into the meal when the waitress came she told her to cancel her order because everyone had almost ate half their meal and the best part was that the waitress had no idea the food was not served ?!?! I think the management should take care of their customers because in this competitive business people will...
