Me and my family have been going to this location for a long time. Without exaggeration, it has never failed to please me!
Food: Their food is lovely! I love having brunch and while other breakfast places still suit my tastes, I feel a lot of fondness coming to Kitchen73. Their variety is great and the quality of their food is even greater! Someone in my family is unable to consume gluten and this place is able to accommodate her, making her love this place! Personally, I'm a sucker for their breakfast poutine: "La Crise Cardiaque"!
Service: Our waiter's name was Julian (I was given permission to put his name in this review). When it comes to customer service, he was truly impeccable! Super helpful even when busy with other demanding tables, extremely friendly without feeling like it was forced, patient demeanour whenever we asked for something, easy to talk with to the point that we ended up having a fantastic conversation and he checked on us at regular intervals of time to make sure we were satisfied. As someone who has worked with people since 2018 and customer service since 2020, I find that Julian did a truly excellent job! I've spoken with management there a couple of times as well to thank them for how they look after the location. They were polite, friendly and made us leave with a smile! As far as I can tell, the place is in good hands!
Overall, I look forward to the prospect of visiting again and would highly...
Read moreNice location. Clean and spacious inside. We were greeted warmly which is so important to establish a correct first impression with customers. You can tell the staff are trained well here. Our waitress Janet was so friendly and bubbly. It was a delight being served by her as she brightened our day (keep up the good work!). The prices were decent as well. The smoothie I ordered was very tasty: tart and refreshing. They also put a lot of fresh fruit on the plate which is great to see since many other restaurants don’t put a lot of fruit. In terms of improvements to be made: I wish the waitress would have come by more often during the meal to check in on us and offer coffee refills. Additionally, the wait time between receiving our drinks and receiving our food was a bit long, although it was a busier period, so I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt there. I also think the portion sizes were okay, although adding just one more pancake to the plate would have made it perfect. I noticed as well that the pancake batter sometimes had a strange taste. A bit hard to explain but it was like a greasy flavour. I don’t know what could have caused this but aside from these gripes we had a good experience and I would go back to try a different menu item. By the way, they also are open for dinner on certain...
Read moreI am not a new patron to this restaurant, but the last time I went there, I had really bad experience. My past experiences have been decent so that is why I am rating this restaurant a 3/5 and not 2/5. This is a late review for October 27th, around noon. The first thing that ticked me off is that it took well over 15 mins to get our order, the restaurant was actually quiet, but we let that slide. I had ordered a parma pizza. The top section of the menu read "All our pizzas are topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella.". My pizza had no tomato sauce in it, this was not obvious to me until I ate one of the slices as the top was covered with a lot of greens. I reflected this to our waitress and at first she seemed to not be aware that all the pizzas are supposed to have tomato sauce, I had to show her the menu for her to take interest, when she finally did realise, she simply offered to fix this problem by offering me some tomato sauce in a little cup.. I was not impressed. My friend had asked for a mayo bottle, but it had gone off. When she went to pour some out, her potatoes were covered with a watery mess that was not mayo was supposed to look like. She decided to just ask for another bottle at that point and keep quiet. We paid, tipped as we're expected to and left, but I don't think we...
