McDonald's — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

It has to be, my worst time at a Mcdonald's in my whole life. We felt like eating there that night, first time in about 6 months maybe. We got in, also hoping we could eat in there quickly before they close the dine in, we got in around 10:58 pm. About maybe 15 people were inside finishing eating, talking, having a good time. First off, we waited at the cashier, for about 5 minutes before someone come take our order, and there were at least 8 staff there walking around, seeing us...finaly order taken at 11:05 pm... Couldn't believe that, we waited about 21 minutes for our order, very simple order, We got it at 11:26 pm. When we got the order, we finaly couldn't eat inside, very dissapointed but all good, let's go eat in the car( which I hate with passion) But hold on, both doors are locked from the inside so we couldnt get out, we had to wait for another 5 minutes before someone comes to unlock it so we could finaly get out. The food now, apart from the burger, the 10 mcnuggets that I order were horrible, cold, not fresh at all, felt like eating plastic. And the fries, how in hell are we getting just a small frie when ordering a huge trio? I could count them, this is ridiculous. One other thing that we saw while waiting all this time for our order, that desert showcase where you put your donuts, muffins and all, we counted 2 little flies hanging around flying inside where the donuts were. Horrible...that usualy shows it's a dirty restaurant isn't it ?

I was excited to go eat there after an exhausting shift at work, and that is the experience I got before going home. 100% sad and disapointing. The Mcdonalds I use to go my whole life since I always lived...

Rude & unsanitary My husband and I traveled across the US and were visiting Montreal, and stopped in for dinner as we’ve been driving all day! No one greeted us, acknowledged us or even kind enough to smile. They never called out our number and when I went to the counter the dude just hands it to me as if I am scum?! My husband went back to ask for sauce which no one acknowledged him standing there for a whole 2 minutes, no one was busy they looked his way but offered no help and the girl that did was extremely rude and threw them at him and walked away. Along with that bs, there was an employee wiping down counters with his bare hands and onto his shirt, and grabbing the pattys with their bare hands and no gloves!! Not to mention there was a long black hair in my chicken sandwich. There’s no point in asking for a manager if I’m getting this kind of disrespect from all employees.. future Americans, steer clear from here, it’s clear as day that they don’t care about treating us with...

Really wish there was another McDonalds in the area, my girls love the.pancakes .decided to go back on a weekday morning 9 am. The.drive thru was empty..I ordered a medium regular iced coffee (with app code) took forever for cashier to stop inputting vanilla (it's was too sweet for me)..got happy meal pancakes no issues this time..and a sausage mccrepe with cheese.. which also took a long time for them to enter but this time I didn't pay for the egg, they did ajouté fromage. This time I actually got the sausage!

Driving away I take a sip..and it's vanilla ice coffee..I'm not sure why it's so hard to get three items right

Correction..they replaced the item..with an ice coffee vanilla..again although there was no sticker on this one with description..at this point I just threw it out. I don't have an hour to get a drive thru meal..original drive thru took 15 min when I was first in line. And then another 10 min to get...
