Pizza Ste-Rose — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Decided to try a new pizza place. Tired of the same old pizza around me or the overpriced one (looking at you 30$ pizza). Wanted still something 2 for 1 and found this place on Google. Weirdly enough, no menu anywhere on the internet so I had to resort on picture people took on google.

Called, quick answering, no delivery to my address cause I'm too far. I think they deliver 5km only. Ok, I'll go take out.

Like many 2 for 1, depending on the size you take when you do take out, you can have fries or soda for free.

I ordered 2x Deluxe pizza 14"/large and took the fries. I think it come with a medium fries at this size because wow it was big!

First thing I though when I picked them? Oh my, these are heavy pizza! Once I got back home, opened them and wow, such beautiful pizza.

How does it taste? Like remember eating pizza with my parents in the 90s. A real pizza where everything is properly cooked, nothing overboard, real crust nothing thin, crunchy and soft, everything flavorful. And the bacon is cooked, not raw!

Honestly, it's been a while since I got a good pizza like that, I think it was at restaurant le ciel bleu that did pizza similar to that, a place I refuse to go back but that's another story.

I called to place an order. She didn’t even spell the street correctly to see if they deliver automatically told me they don’t deliver. Meanwhile, they deliver two minutes not even to another house next to us. Her response was let me finish talking zero customer service.!!!! The Owner should take charge of the person that answers the phone calls to place an order and make sure that you teach them respect and Courtesy toward your customersthem properly before they refuse a customer may be going back to school to learn how to spell would be a good suggestion apart from her customer service skills were below zero!!!!

Sadly, we couldn’t order because she just closed the phone in our face… Very...

Best that you can get for the area from St Rose Laval. Coming from Montreal this is the best in the area.

And the other for Laval is Antonio ouest but they have changed.

At rose pizza is good food but they just need to remember to ensure that the dough is well done. Sometimes is a little raw. Hope they can consider this feedback.
