Very nice experience at this fine dining restaurant. We where a table of 9 people reserved for 6 pm, and as soon as we got there our table was ready ,our fantastic waiter Stephane was simply the best. Explained the menu and quickly I saw that this was a real waiter . I knew we would be taken care of. Indeed we ordered entrees and items off the tables d'hôtes. I asked Stephane a quick request on a specific item for one of our quests and I was not disappointed. merci Stephane. We all ordered and we received our entrees a few minutes later . Everything was perfect. I noticed all the other tables being served at a very good pace . I was really impressed with the fact that there is a second floor mezzanine which seemed also busy, and all the servers men and women bring all there orders up by the stairs. I was seeing that our Waiter Stephane was quiding a young waiter (and others too) and I complemented him on doing that. He mentioned that it was his son. That was great to see. The main dishes were served hot everything was fresh nicely portioned ( and enough to bring home) Our Waiter described a platter of desserts and there crème brulée which was perfect and the coffee that came with the tables d'hôtes, we had a choice of any coffee regular ,cappuccino, café au lait,espresso.. All in all the food fantastic the staff Incredible and the best is the ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAILS.

And by hardly I mean once at the beginning and then another once we complained. 2- it took about 20 to 25 mins before the waiter came to get our order at the beginning. 3- Appetizers/ first course came relatively quickly but the main course took way too long to arrive. We complained to the bus girl and asked her to tell our waiter since he pretty much disappeared on us and that it doesn't make sense to wait this long (approx 25 mins if not longer). Manager came to see us. I explained again. He was like a deer in headlights. No apology at first.. then mumbled a little that he would look into it. Waiter shows up and said there was something wrong the with the printing machine??? For the order??? No idea what he meant but he still should have had the courtesy to advise at some point. Then the manager comes back to us and had the audacity to offer us free coffee??!! For the trouble!! ....are you kidding me?? Don't insult our intelligence. Coffee costs literally peanuts for a resto to produce. At least discount our meal.... barely an apology. And we left zero tip as we felt we were not taken seriously enough. This is by far the worst "Italian" restaurant in the world!! Everything and I mean everything including calamari appetizer was microwaved. It’s shameful and should be illegal to charge for this garbage. And both wait staff and management are as cold, dry and careless as the food. I was asked on three separate occasions by the waiter if I enjoyed my meal and all three times I said no to which I got no comment.
Veal parmigiana was warmed up twice in the microwave. Pasta dish which claims to be freshly made was stale, dry and inedible. Pasta was chewy, not tasteless but really disgusting taste. I believe the entire dish was made months ago, frozen and reheated to be served as fresh.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR JUST TAKE A 100$ BILL, SET IT ON FIRE AND COOK A HOT DOG WITH IT. TRUST ME, WILL BE MUCH BETTER THAN EATING ANYTHING...
