I am very disappointed with the service received today. My sister went to this location today at 19pm get me a bowl of salad and brought it to my work place which is very close to this location. Once i opened the salad bowl and found an insect that was running. This was really disgusting but told myself is a fast food place and it can be normal so i called the place and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor. The girl advised that no one was available so she then asked me what the issue was. I told her there was an insect in my bowl and her and her friend began to laugh and asked how do i believe you. I told her i took a video and i hear someone in the back saying “ just tell her to come what’s her issue” i told her i was work and they both literally were laughing about it rather than apologizing. I demanded her name and she said it was Imane i don’t know how true her name is. My sister then went to the store in person and demanded a refund.I have taken a video of my salad bowl. I ordered a sandwich of ranch bacon i had asked the lady to warm up the sandwich but put the cheese on afterwards,well guess what i didnt receive the cheese and on top of it my bread was burnt wasnt edible. Le staff fait beaucoup d’erreurs, les employés ne sont aucunement sympathiques (jamais de sourire, parle le stricte minimum, roule les yeux dans les aires.) Une fois je m’y suis rendu et plutôt que de mettre mon sandwich (12 pouce) dans la file en arrière, l’employé a mis mon sandwich dans la file en avant ce qui a déréglé l’ordre et a fait en sorte que mon 12 pouce était rendu à cliente en avant de moi et son 6 pouce à moi. Lorsque la dame en avant de moi a mentionné que cela n’était pas ce qu’elle avait commandé et qu’elle avait commande un 6 pouce, l’une des employés s’est mise à l’obstiner sur sa commande en lui disant qu’elle avait commandé un 6 pouce jusqu’à ce que je prenne la parole et que je dise qu’effectivement elle avait commandé un 6 pouce et moi un 12 pouce.
