Honestly I don’t know how to start with this review. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE costumer service, I’ve never seen something so bad. I went to eat with my family yesterday after Disney on ice. The lady at the front desk was so rude, BIG attitude, she seemed like we were bothering her just by ordering food. Anyway, we ordered we waited for our food, and by the way, every single table in the restaurant was dirty. We had to clean our own table in order to eat. We ate, the food was okay. and afterwards, there was another family with 2 kids. All we hear is the cook yelling at the lady super loud, I think the were understating what the restaurant staff was speaking on their language, and they were saying very mean things about the people that was eating at the restaurant. Read moreWent to this place with two of four gift cards I received for Christmas. I checked two of the four cards before leaving to make sure they had money on them but when I got there the cashier kept saying she was unable to process them, this didn't make sense since when I went last time (with the other two gift cards) they were able to process my gift cards with ease and no issues. They really didn't seem to want to help and it was frustrating because 1. I know there was money on the cards and she was making me feel like I was crazy and 2. I really enjoy eating at this restaurant because the food is great but the customer service was just so unhelpful and blameful. The cashier really made me feel crazy when I know I wasn't. They just didn't want to help.

The payment terminal wasn’t working—it just showed “welcome” and wouldn’t let me complete the transaction. The man at the counter (owner or employee?) walked off to cook without checking if payment had gone through. When he came back, he outright blamed me, even though it was clearly a problem with their machine.
