Never again ! My breakfast cost me over $30 and this is what they sent me ! Baconator combo cost $19 and they claim I removed all the items except for bacon ! The sausage egg and cheese english muffin which I paid $1.80 for extra bacon, they said I asked to remove all items and I received a grilled, dry English muffin... what am I supposed to do with that and why wouldn't I just order a plain English muffin! And the bacon breakfast wrap they claim I selected to remove all ingredients except for the egg. Who on earth would pay $30 for this ??? Why would I pay extra bacon and then select to remove it ? When you order on the app you can select what you dont want, I didnt select anything because i wanted it !! I called the restaurant, spoke to one girl who listened to me for 10 mins, put the phone down to get the manager and came back and hung up on me. I called back 3 times, they kept picking up and hanging up on me and when I finally got through it was a shift change so know one knew who i was grrrrr i had to re-explain ! I was so nice and calm but after being hung up on i was so pissed off ! I eventually spoke to the manager who told me it was the Uber drivers fault... wait ?! What ?! How is this the drivers fault omggggg Then she told me she was going to contact uber to refund me. She never did nor did I ever get a refund. Horrible service. I contacted head office and I never received a reply or call back since Jan 2024. I will never ever spend another dime at any location. Just garbage. I couldn't even make 1 sandwich with what they sent me. Any other customer service would have lite up and said wait this order doesn't seem right, let me call the customer to confirm they want to remove everything from the sandwiches. Bunch of idiots working at this location from the management to the cashiers. Never...

My partner has a severe dairy intolerance. We asked for 2 Dave’s trios, one of them without cheese. (Maybe we should have specified it was due to an allergy but that’s not the point) The cashier right from the get go looked like he absolutely hated his job and acted the same way, kid had no life in his eyes, very welcoming... When we finally got our food, both burgers had cheese so we brought one back and kindly told them to change it as we asked for no cheese, the cashier took the burger and dumped it next to the girl making the burgers without saying anything and after 10 minutes..still no burger so we asked the manager what was going on and told him that we were waiting for a burger without cheese. Instead of making a new burger they grabbed the one we gave back, which btw is now cold, scraped the cheese off and handed it back to us. Absolutely infuriating, instead of making a scene we just left and won’t be coming back. Plus the place is VERY dirty, sticky floors, hand dryer defective, bathroom is nasty….
This is not the first nor the last time that a fast food place has messed up our order, I honestly don’t understand what’s so hard about omitting a slice...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience at Wendy's around 11 PM. From the moment we placed our orders, things went downhill. All of my orders and my friends' orders were completely wrong. I even told them initially that it wasn't my order when they called my name, but they kept insisting it was mine. Unfortunately, they were wrong, and they had to redo all of our orders.
It was clear that the employees were not attentive and seemed like they didn't even care about their work. To make matters worse, all of our burgers and poutine were cold and undercooked. It was really unpleasant and not what we expected at all.
Interestingly, we ended up getting free food because of their mistakes, and they didn't even realize that we kept our wrong orders instead of having them thrown away (saved like 50$). This experience has left a bad impression, and I'm hesitant to return to this...
