I do not live in Leamington, Ontario. But I come down here to do errands in a small town as someone coming from out of town. I was waiting in a car at their drive-thru at this KFC before 11:00AM just a couple weeks ago. However, their business hours should be operating. No one was taking orders through their speakers. My partner (not a girlfriend, just an acquaintance) drove up to their window, and it was just one worker who was doing nothing. We wait for 10 minutes and it is wasting our time. They should know time is money, and time we cannot buy back. Money cannot buy time and life is short. The average human life is under 800,000 hours, and we lost 10 minutes out of our 800,000 hours of our life waiting for nothing! Might as well have no customers and they can do nothing not making any sells of their chickens in every hour they can make. There is so much money in this world and no matter how rich they are as a big cooperation. You cannot buy time. I might as well buy my chicken next time at Mary Brown’s and it is a Canadian franchise as well. If you want to waste time and not be serve. KFC in Leamington, Ontario, Canada is for you. Been here a few times and their food is good. However, never will I lost my dignity and time away for nothing! Waste of life and it is worst than wasting money, eh. You only have one life to live. We end up leaving and eat somewhere else. If they cannot do business then they should not operate a fast food franchise like KFC. Poor management and staffs are not properly trained. Staffs should stay home if they cannot take orders and do nothing. Not happy, find somewhere else what they want to do with their life. No one force them to work at KFC or somewhere they do not like. Not to be negative, but want the best for them and their customers. I hope this helps. Value our time and and they can have our money. That is how business...
Read moreI don't think I will continue by in KFC I rather go to Windsor and pick up Popeyes because you used to get from one bird nine pieces of chicken and now they cut it into 12 to 14 pieces now the new pieces of chicken are very small so you only get half of what you used to get the wings used to be the smallest piece of the chicken you can get from KFC nowadays it's one of the largest pieces and it's not everywhere like this in Brampton and Cambridge and certain areas in Toronto. They do have the big piece of still its head corporate that is doing this so people wake up do not buy your chicken from KFC if they have the small pieces the man the big pieces cuz you're losing a lot of money they're taking your money and they think you're stupid you're not going to do anything about it so if you're willing to pay the extra money for smaller pieces that's your problem then cuz I'm know certainly won't pay more money for KFC nowadays then that used to be less money and...
Read moreThis location really needs serious attention. Every time I visit, I end up waiting over 20 minutes, even for simple orders. There are usually only two employees working — trying to handle both the drive-thru and front counter. It’s clearly not enough, especially during busy hours.
The staff are visibly stressed, and customers are left frustrated. It’s not a one-time issue — this happens consistently and reflects a major failure in management and scheduling.
On top of that, the store is in poor condition — outdated, gloomy, and honestly feels more like a horror scene than a modern restaurant. It desperately needs renovation.
What’s worse is that they constantly push upsell items and ask for positive feedback — even when the service is slow and disorganized. It feels forced and out of touch with the customer experience.
Until the store is properly staffed, cleaned up, and better managed, I can’t recommend this location...
