Ray's Ribhouse — Restaurant in Leamington

On their site, they say that food can be delivered, so I ordered some chicken wings and fries, costing $30 plus taxes. Five minutes later, I realized I was never given an option to give them my address and the order for delivery was actually for pick up. We tried calling them to switch it to delivery, but it went to voice mail. We left a message, but they never responded.

I thought that I must have missed an option for delivery, so I started another fake order on their site just to look around. Nope! There is no option on their site for delivery, even though it says at the top of the site that you can have it delivered. That's why this review is a 2. Because they lied. I thought about giving it a 3 if the food was good enough, and it IS good, but I'm still giving it a two because the only reason we made the order in the first place was specifically because we DIDN'T want to go out, but had to anyway as I had already paid.

If you are going to offer delivery, then deliver!

Now as I said, the food was good (though pricy) and the restaurant itself looked really nice. I can see myself going back if I ever get another craving for what they sell, but they need to fix their site and either give an option for delivery, or stop saying...

First time out this way. Googled good places to eat and this popped up. I was feeling for ribs. This place did not disappoint. Best rib dinner I have had in a long time. $18 for half rack (choose a sauce), a side, coleslaw, beans and bun was fantastic! I had BBQ sauce and other person had honey garlic-both great! The beans were so good-like maple syrup flavour. The decor is also pretty kool. I wish they were closer to the GTA cause I would be back often. Ribs were great. We shared the 2 lb full rack which was a great meal. Meaty, tender, delicious. We had the regular bbq sauce. Very good house made sauce. Anyone who used to eat ribs from Top Hat restaurant in Windsor would say these ribs and sauce taste the same. And the Top Hat closed permanently about twenty years ago. Fresh cut fries here delicious. Large portions.. Fettucine alfredo it very good. All the other food very good. Nice place. Lots of memorabalia. Waited an hour for a table.
