A&W Canada — Restaurant in Lethbridge

I went to A&W the one on Mayor Magrath, i ordered double mozza with no cheese , the guy told me I can’t have without cheese, I told him all the time I order double mozza with no cheese ! The reason I am allergy to cheese. What shocked me , they brought with cheese , I had to complain , in 2 minutes they brought the burger back to me, I checked before I started eating , what they did they took away the cheese , and gave me back the same burger ! They forgot we had some cheese left on the same burger ! I took it back and told them it was wrong to remove the cheese and gave me back sane cheese when I am allergic to the cheese ! . They gave me another burger that was not double mozza. I told them what I ordered and paid for is what I need ! After so much drama they gave me the right burger ! My question is that how many times they have done this to other people who has allergies? I need to talk to the manager this is very serious not good at all ! This morning I went through the drive thu and ordered a sausage and cheddar on a bun with an extra sausage patty and 2 meat patties on it. After driving across town, I pulled it out to find no extra sausage patty, and they had put an egg on it. I am very allergic to eggs and carry an epi pen. I drove all the way back across town and spoke with the worker who took my order. I showed him the receipt that said "sausage and cheddar, extra sausage patty, 2 1.6oz beef patties". Nowhere on it did it say egg. He took it back and brought me out another one. This time it did not have an extra sausage patty, so I sent it back again. This is not only unprofessional and unacceptable, but straight out dangerous as I am allergic to eggs. My family and I frequently choose A&W as we find it to be a cleaner and healthier choice than most other fast food restaurants. After today, we will be passing on not only this location, but all A&W restaurants. I went to this location tonight (Sept. 1/'21) at 6:10 pm looking to buy some dinner for myself and my dad. Noticed the place was pretty quiet, one car parked in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru. Proceed to order and asked for the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger Combo and was told it would be a 12 minute wait! Like what??? 12 mins for a hamburger at a fast food restaurant??? During the dinner hour, with literally no one else there?? IT was almost like he was discouraging me from ordering too by the tone in his voice. "umm thats gonna be like a 12 minute wait..... Wow. I said i was going elsewhere and thanked them anyways. Anyways as im driving away, the same fellow (i assume it was as he had a headset on) was walking out of the store, and went and sat in his car in the parking lot. Huh, interesting. Seeing as his car was the only one there, there must be something up with why this location is a ghost town. Go across the street to McDonalds and that place is packed!
