Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lethbridge

Tim Hortons certainly not what it used to be years ago. It baffles me that people still go faithfully for shipped in donuts and coffee that tastes like burnt beans. Do Timmy's followers seriously not know what coffee is supposed to taste like, or fresh baked goods?

The only thing more embarrassing then the quality is the ignorance of their customers.

The store looks like every other Timmy's... Dated. There's really nothing to look at but a vast menu of mediocrity.

The service was quick but nothing stood out. More mediocrity. The staff was rushed, and while not rude they're not particularly friendly either, understandably they just want to pay their bills with a paycheck. I would be hard-pressed to be enthusiastic slinging mediocrity as well.

Mediocrity across the board, perfectly suited to most Lethbridgians. The same Lethbridge born and bred who spent $33 on six cookies or $26 on a desert waffle or think it's a hardship to drive from the south to the north. It's 10 minutes, you absurd pumpkin.

I am lost for words at this experience here. I ordered a roast beef craveable and this is what I got. Yes, the service was quick as it only took less than 10 minutes when they made my order. Along with the craveable, I ordered hearty potato bacon soup which should have a bread that comes along with it. The bread that was given to me literally looked like it got knocked out by someone's fist (wasn't able to take a photo of it as my dad addressed the concern and returned it immediately to them). The workers there were laughing when my dad addressed the concern as he works at Timmies too. They think it's funny to play along with someone's food. I politely talked to them about the issue as my dad is getting upset but they just gave me an attitude just like how they talked to my dad. I was very sounding nice still but they never apologized about what they had done so I think they were doing it purposely. We approached the other worker there who's name is Lovely, (as what my dad read the name) helped us out with the dissatisfying...

The atmosphere was the following a person working was annoyed that I was buying something from the store even when I was extremely polite and in a good mood. Then with my order I requested no tomatoes for two sandwiches both sandwiches had tomatoes on it and they squirted the sauce bunched up on the bottom in a way where to get the tomatoes out you basically ruin the sandwich and you're eating it like an animal even if you try to remake it. I usually don't complain but they also didn't give me a bag or napkins for any of my items they just handed me all the items. Out of frustration I went to get some napkins because I didn't want to drive with dirty hands. I went back to actually complain and let them know that there were some Issues. I go into the store as a couple leaves because they haven't been serviced I see no one around I wait for a bit.
