Fatburger Lethbridge — Restaurant in Lethbridge

This place has completely gone down hill. THEY EVEN STOPPED EVEN SAYING FAT TIP !!! MY kids use to love that . We tipped and nothing. Cashier didn't say a word. Not only with us but with the other guests we came with.

I guarantee that the new people running it are not dispensing out the tips and keeping the tips, which explains the tone of the place. We found out that this was the case at Quiznos just down the street.

Id say customer service was bare minimum from the moment we walked in. Didn't even get greeted. What Happened to this place ?? Id say by observation, the employee was sponsored from India ? Why bother employing such awful customer service ??

Food was average. Use to be better. Now that the prices have sky rocketed, we eat out way less and chose Farburger, but sadly for the prices being so high and the customer service being non existent, we will be looking for other options. I don't see this place lasting.

Sucky as we have eaten at the first Fatburger in Canada and watched the chain slowly wither, but nothing as bad as...

Usually a favorite place to go, but tonight they failed us. When we ordered no pickles on my burger, I was unpleasantly surprised by the huge slathering of their red pickle relish. I mentioned it to the cashier, she seemed unconcerned and responded ‘when people say no pickles they still want the relish’. I said the relish has pickles in it tho. I’m just glad it’s only a preference not an allergy, Heaven forbid. Additionally, the burger I ordered listed nothing on the menu but cheese and bacon, all the other burgers listed the relish as a topping. Had I seen the relish listed, I would have asked for none. I would recommend that when someone asks for an ingredient to be taken off and there is a similar topping perhaps ask about that? Also perhaps ask if it’s an allergy or preference? A small apology when I talked to the cashier would have gone a long way in my opinion described here, tonight there was zero...

Regarding this Fatburger location, I cannot speak anything but kind abd appreciative words. What I was so struck by, was they owners and employees were so warm in greeting, everyone talking to us from the kitchen while they prepared our order. Welcoming. Almost a small town feel. We got take out as we were tired but were sincerely tempted to stay in the atmosphere and 50's decor.

The food was incredible. Large servings, made with care and quality. Great price for what we ordered(2 cheeseburger meals and a chicken burger in a lettuce wrap). Highly highly recommend this location.

We'll definitely be back to support this business in future trips, I will refer our daughter to it. Go... you will not be dissapointed ( my only dissapointment was I wish I had gotten a milkshake, but couldn't spare the calories given the time of...
