Hudsons Canada's Pub — Restaurant in Lethbridge

I was assaulted by the manager “Camron” at Hudson’s Canada’s Pub in Lethbridge Alberta last night @. 8:15 pm upon entering to meet with friends I showed proof of vaccinations and photo ID as per mandatory I also provided my “Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms” if I’m not mistaken is a governing legal document more so then a vaccine passport. Camron physically assaulted me and refused my entrance to the building for producing such an offensive document as the Canadian Charter! I told him he was actually in violation of my rights and asked for his name, he refused to give it. His staff told him I produce all required information but he also refused to listen to them. I told him if he wanted to call police I would welcome their presence. I told “Camron” I would leave after he and his support staff gave me their full names for my lawyer. He then grabbed my arm and started pushing me out the door. I’m a 65 year old woman with health issues he could have physically injured me, and was in my face trying to intimidate me by being not even 6 inches from my nose! So obviously he was not following his mandated protocol by coming into my personal space not the social distance protocol of the AHS or Alberta Government. I will be seeking legal advice and will never patronize this establishment again. I hope anyone that reads this considers his actions and the establishment you are going to support. I should point out I never leave reviews, but I felt this should be public knowledge. I had a very disappointing experience at Hudson's last night (Feb 26/19). Before entering, I saw a dog in the parking lot in a vehicle shivering, keep in mind its over -25, I came into the restaurant and although the waitress seemed concerned and after asking for the manger, who dismissed me immediately, finally came back to my table, with already an attitude like I was bothering her. The only question I asked was if we could somehow ask the patrons if anyone owned the vehicle in the parking lot, she again dismissed me by saying she was too busy and had no time to go table to table asking. I then spoke to another waitress who told me that they in fact have a loud speaker but she needed permission from her manager, who again, was "too busy". After well over a half hour, it was I who called the police and dealt with the issue directly, without any help from anyone working at Hudson's. Actually, the manager never came back to the table to follow up. I understand that they were "busy" but I am also a paying customer and no one could care less about my concerns or about the poor helpless dog in the parking lot of their establishment. The manager, who I won't bother describing, was heartless and rude, the place wasn't packed, it was a Tuesday evening. A group of friends and I came in. We had a bigger group so it was a struggle to find a place to sit which is fine. Got moved around to a couple spots and got everyone situated. Halfway through our time another customer was complaining about us to the server and manager. Asked to talk about what happened and the whole time I was speaking with him he assigned blame to our group and said we were the only ones causing trouble. I told him Multiple times I understood that we could have done better at following protocol but felt as though our group was treated unfairly and we were trying to do what we could to help. We came to have a good time not cause trouble. He was not interested in what I had to say and would constantly Interrupt me. Honestly wasn’t such a big deal, only thing was there was differences in stories in what happened and he wouldn’t admit any possibility to improvement on their end in handling the situation. Was my group at fault? Partly, but we also tried to cooperate and figure it out but he was so caught up that we were the only ones to blame and they handled things perfectly which from our perspective isn’t true.
