Great Service, Decent Food and overall a great place! Try it yourself.

My brother and I came in here for dinner on a Friday night. We expected it to be busy as it’s a weekend and it’s their opening weekend. But it wasn’t busy with maybe 5-6 tables full.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and were led to a table. Our server came quickly and asked us for our drinks. While we were waiting, we ordered on the iPads. Lots of options for their food! If you’ve ever been to the old fusion, their menu is fairly similar. However this is under a new name and a new owner. The place is bright which and honestly I love the new interior! Good start.

Our first order consisted of Miso and Wonton soup, Shrimp Tempura, Few different kinds of sushi and little appies. Our first order was sent right at 5PM. An order of Shrimp Tempura and miso soup came by 5:05. Impressive!

The thing I was looking forward to the most was the Dim Sum as we don’t have a Dim Sum restaurant in Lethbridge. I’m not an expert on it, but I love it. I’m very surprised it came on bamboo baskets and it was delivered by the cute robot! The Dim Sum is good, but not a proper Chinese Dim Sum good. It hits the craving though!

The servers and the owner consistently checked in on us. Asking if we needed refills, if we had questions or anything else. Which is nice as you never get that kind of service anymore.

Menu Highlights: BBQ Short Ribs, Dim Sum, Deep Fried Cheese Wontons, Fire Roll

Great experience. I will be back to try more!! Personally, I think this is the new best AYCE sushi in Lethbridge. More options, amazing service, and overall a more...

Out of the 3 AYCE/buffet places that serve sushi & maki rolls in Lethbridge, this restaurant is clearly the best in my opinion. The adult dinner menu is currently $34.95 which is about $2 or $5 more than the full dinner menu at the Fusion or Makisu but the value to me is worth the extra dollars without a doubt. The quality is simply better at Sushi & Thai. Also the wide variety of quality dishes which range from Appetizers, Soups, & desserts to Japanese, Chinese, & Thai... It was my first visit to this location on a Friday night @6:30pm and by 7:00pm the place was full. I started out slowly ordering a combination of sushi/sashimi then following up with seafood & wonton soups. I moved on to some tempura, assorted dim sum items, and then a nice, spicy Thai curry chicken stir fry. I then tried out 2 different maki rolls and finished off with mango ice cream and a chocolate coffee type of mousse. After 17 items I felt like I had a good variety of what this restaurant has to offer. I will most certainly be going back to try a lot of the menu that I didn't get a chance to order. In fact, I would have no problem choosing a long list of menu items that I didn't even get an opportunity to try out yet and I am sure that it would still be outstanding. Things like pan-seared salmon belly, tempura mushrooms & sweet potato, Tom Yum soup, BBQ pork bun, avocado salad, deep fried scallops, and the list goes on and on... Needless to say, I will be going back to this restaurant and will likely...

This is the most meticulous, clean, and delicious Asian restaurant I’ve found in Lethbridge. The space doesn’t smell like oil, and the tablets, often referred to as menus, aren’t greasy—something that many Asian restaurants in Lethbridge struggle with. My water glass is always refilled quickly. The prices are clearly posted right when I enter the restaurant, between $20-$30 CAD.

I used to eat there four days a week during the first few months after it opened. That might give you an idea of how much I value this place. The owner even recognizes us. He always listens to feedback about the food, especially when a dish is slightly dry. The owner even gave my 18-month-old daughter a small stuffed bear, which is the restaurant’s lucky mascot.

I don’t understand the one-star reviews. I saw one comment saying that prices weren’t clearly posted, but I found that untrue.

Oh, and I’ve never gotten food poisoning from eating here. I’ve eaten at three different Filipino restaurants in Lethbridge and got food poisoning, vomiting for two days straight after eating at those places. So, I prioritize the quality of the food, cleanliness, and the careful presentation of each dish here. I’ve recommended this restaurant to many of my friends.

The location is also convenient, close to Fit4Less. Whenever I’m too lazy to cook, I go to this Sushi & Thai restaurant. You get what you pay for. Quality matches the...

We’ve been here twice recently and both times (including a very very busy father’s day), service was phenomenal. Food is tasty and well executed, and we had no unreasonable delay or waiting time. Notable dishes include the red tuna sashimi, beef teriyaki (add rice if you like), deep fried cheese wontons, bbq ribs, steamed bbq pork buns and of course the dim sum options, particularly the shumai. They use robot servers in conjunction with wait staff which my daughter delights in, and overall it’s a really lovely addition to the Lethbridge food scene. Ordering is done for the AYCE via tablet and while there is little customization available we’ve yet to have a missed or incorrect dish. Drinks are kept filled and the perfect blend of checkin in without hovering. Pro tip: start small and find the dishes that match your tastes. On your second trip home in and get the things you like and maybe try a few new things you didn’t try before. This has worked really well For us. Also: start small and go from there. The food is filling and you don’t want to over order too much. We’ve found we gravitate away from rolls (too much sauce for our taste) but lean into dim sum and the cooked options like tempura, teriyaki, etc. Save a little room for dessert! The ice cream and “choccocino” is delicious in all its forms and the fried bananas are our daughter’s favourite!
