I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service. I ordered pizza two days ago and I had missed my pizza guys calls because I was already headed outside to meet him. When I returned to my room with my pizza I went to see if I actually had missed any calls and I had. However, there was also a text message from a number that was unfamiliar to me. If you see the number that had called me twice was also the same number that had texted me. I ignored the text because I thought it was creepy and moved on with my life. Then, today I woke up to see that someone tried to add my snapchat. Snapchat has a function in which you can see how a person found you , and as you can see this person used my phone number. Let me repeat. After he could not get a response from texting me he then proceeded to try and find me on snapchat. I RARELY give out my phone number and the last place that had taken down my number was Pizza 73. This is absolutely disgusting and I refuse to order from Pizza 73 ever again out of pure fear for my safety. This should not be happening to customers. The university is already low on food options due to COVID and now I’m only left with one. Read moreI placed an order and did not received any confirmation so, I called 538 Mayor magrath dr s Lethbridge store and told them about the situation that I got charged and they said there might be a glitch in the system. They reassured me that I will get my money back within 3-5 days and I have to order again. I ordered again just after few minutes and paid again but, still no confirmation for order placed. I called them again and said you need to write an email to get your money back. I called customer service they put me on hold again and again; transferred my call to store, they put me on hold. I wasted 1 hour and my money and at the end, Supervisor Travis talked to me in a very rude tone and said they can’t do anything. I asked him you should tell me to write an email for refund when first time I placed order and called you for help then, I shouldn’t have ended in paying twice. He said yes he cannot do anything now and instead of apologizing, told me I have to pay thrice for the same order if I want it. Very poor customer service. I see how rudely they deal with customers and offer zero customer service. These people are FRAUDS. I end up in paying $60 and received nothing but, the employees attitude. I will never ever in my life visit Pizza 73....

So Had to create another account, filling in all my information, made the order, the had to enter all the information again, then go to pay, and then had to enter in all the information again. 3 times, what a waste. AND it kept changing country to the US, then finally made the order, got a display that the order confirmation will be emailed to me. Received that about 2 hours after order. I did notice that the order was incorrect when it displayed it on the screen, (I selected a dip and it said no dip) So I called their number and wait 20 minutes before talking with someone. By then the order apparently was already out for delivery, well it took 40 minutes from that time before I got my order, needless to say it was cold, soggy fries, and the pizza was dry and seemed overcooked.
