Why am I so angry bro? Well let me share...
This was the 9th and 10th that were inedible, basically my last four orders.
1-8 I asked for light sauce and ended up with clumps of sauce. I had cheese that wasn't even cooked long enough to melt. I had a line of uncooked dough in the crust.
But raw dough and seriously raw meat? Just bugger right off. I hope the first picture conveys how wet and uncooked it is just beneath the cheese; I can literally pull it off and make a dough ball - uncooked. I AM pretty confident the anemic color of the meat tells you everything you need to know. It truly is as raw as it looks.
Demanded my money back, sick of credits. And sent the food back whether they wanted it back or not. You would think a manager would want to see it? Well at least one that cares.
Customer service is so frustrated with this store, they gave me the direct number to call the store because I have faithfully given them pictures of everything.
I'm extremely angry and disappointed. It wasn't always like this. Apparently training is a huge problem; both in the kitchen and out. And I certainly wouldn't have the manager I spoke to managing anything. He stuttered, stammered, had to ask somebody else for advice? Didn't introduce or identify himself, I asked if there was a manager available and he just said 'yeah'... After a pause I had to ask if he was the manager. And answered the phone like he was at home...
Raw food, delivery drivers that aren't particularly able to read house numbers, managers that can't manage. And apparently the owner takes weekends off - well s* isn't that nice!
Based on the lack of responses to reviews, obviously doesn't care and doesn't deserve...

Absolutely awful experience. We came for the buffet and stayed nearly two hours, but left hungry and frustrated.
When we arrived, every table was covered in dirty dishes. Instead of cleaning them, staff just moved the dirty plates from one table to another when new groups came in. Not a single table was properly wiped down the entire time we were there.
The buffet was completely lacking. Each tray had one old, dried-out slice left. We asked the server when more food would be brought out — she said “soon,” but nothing ever came. In nearly two hours, they only put out one pizza and half an order of breadsticks, which were grabbed immediately by others also waiting.
All we got was a plate of wilted salad and four breadsticks to share. That’s it.
The marinara sauce was cold and pre-packaged, despite a warming tray being present — they just never refilled it. It felt like no one was actually monitoring the buffet at all.
When we tried to leave, we had to track down a server to get the bill — she tried to charge us nearly $40 for food we didn’t get. When we said that wasn’t fair, she got rude, insisting there was food available (even though five other groups also asked when food would arrive).
And oddly enough, they have a sign asking people to leave a review. Honestly, we’re not sure why — the restaurant was unclean, unstaffed, and poorly managed.
Would not return. Avoid...
Read morePregnant wife placed order for a meal while I was in town so i went to pick it up. Waited 45 mins watching the app, and it stated the pizza hadn't even started prep yet. Got the wife to recall to get an eta, and they assured her just 30 mins more... well she is pregnant, and was having cravings so i waited... another 50 mins! This time i called to see what was going on. Was told they canceled the order! She didnt ask for that, she asked how much longer!!!! Mean while im waiting in the parkinglot this whole time! I was then told it would be another 45 min wait if i wanted anything, and "sir there is nothing we can do, the order was canceled." Not even an apology!!! And if that's not bad enough, when we opened our credit card bill we found the meal they canceled on my wife, and had me waiting over 1.5 hrs for in the parking lot with nothing to show for, was still charged on the card and never credited back! To say this has soured me on pizza hut is an understatement. Fortunately I've just been assured after my complaint that a refund would now be applied for the meal we never got... over 40 days after the incident and i still had issues...
