Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lethbridge

I feel very disappointed in how the food was today. I was trying to eat my food, but it was absolutely ridiculous on how disgusting it was. I had asked for a very simple meal, I had asked for a BEEF burrito, keep the beef part in mind, they had given me no beef and only beans. I was disgusted. I have picked more beef out my teeth then in that burrito. My family and I have been broken down from how bad it was today. I wish they could've informed us that there was a clear lack of beef today, we would've got chicken, not that disgusting beans. I feel distraught, we haven't been to taco bell in years, we were shocked about many things today. 1:didn't give us beef. 2:the price was OUTRAGEOUS. 3:didn't listen to our order. The list could go on and on. And if you guys are wondering why we didn't bring our food back, and make a scene, is because we were scared they would spit...

ZERO STARS.

After sitting in their drive thru for over 20 mins, they didn’t pack our entire meal in the bag, so we missed out on half our meal. We live out of town so going back wasn’t an option. We called and they “Wrote” a credit in their book. Show up today, going to order $60 of food and get our credit. Manager says our credit isn’t in the book and refused to honour the credit. A policy which doesn’t make sense, it’s food that’s already paid for! We just want the food we paid for! All after sitting in the drive thru for another 25 minutes didn’t get anything. Wouldn’t even take our order. I just want my four tacos that I paid for and never received!! But I guess that’s my fault!!! Wow!! Terrible experience!!!

Taco Bell had made my order very incorrect about a month ago, I called them and they said they would write me down for an in store credit as this is a constant thing for this location, I have yet to go and them make my order correctly or it be warm. When I went in today I asked to redeem my credit, and the manager I’m assuming said they don’t offer store credit at that location, and never have. The person I had spoke with over the phone about my previous order incorrectly made said not to worry about a receipt- they would write down my name & number.
