Ten Ten Pub — Restaurant in Lethbridge

This is a message for the Owner / Manager. We came in today for a late lunch - Sunday Dec 12-2021. The Waitress is amazing, and we enjoyed our interaction. She brought us our drinks and menus. We ordered and watched the beginning of the Grey Cup. Our meals arrived; my husband noted his Mozza burger was missing the bacon. The waitress was immediately apologetic, and retrieved the missing bacon. I ordered a clubhouse wrap and initially started on the fries. When I took a bite of the wrap, there was absolutely no cheese. I had asked no mayo, but was annoyed that there wasn’t cheese, as this was the second thing incorrect about our meals. The waitress, immediately apologized, I gave her my plate, to have the meal redone. When it was brought back the cook, had only opened the wrap, sprinkled a few bits of cheese. I was appalled and this was now the 3rd mishap from this cook. The waitress loyally attempted to defend the cook, but by this time I was absolutely unhappy. I come out for a meal as I am tired of cooking, and preparing meals, I do not expect my venture out for a meal, to be so brazenly botched. The waitress removed my meal from the bill, by this time, I had lost my appetite and was so frustrated, that your cook, would be so careless as to ruin my time out for a meal. Whoever, this cook is………….. should be spoken to. The pub was not busy, maybe 6-8 people, 3 tables of 2 and 2 or...

Sitting in Dairy Queen down the block right now wishing I had my $25 wasted dollars back.

Ordered potato skins with no tomato or green. $17.50 for 4 potato sides, bacon was hard as hell, barely any cheese yet the amount of grease was unbelievable. Check the pictures. Didn't finish the order, refused to take it home and still paid full price.

I had also ordered a Philly beef dip I don't know why it would take over half an hour to tell me that you're out of buns for it. Apparently they were out of the number of things including onion rings which seems to be common. I don't know who does they're ordering but they shouldn't be surprised that the pub is busy on Canada Day weeknd and might need to order extra.

Bartender was easy going with a good sense humor, shame he didn't seem to care about an unhappy customer. It's not like I was making up the grease... Also ordered a bartender's root beer. The coke applied to it was completely flat. Another $7.75 down the toilet.

Just a hint: if the customer isn't drinking the drink, there is probably something wrong!

Really angry quite frankly, was my first meal out in over a year besides some fast food. 25.00 might not mean a lot to some people but this was a total luxury for me, I'm so angry...

OMG! This place was more than fabulously Unworthy. I fully enjoyed the rudeness of the waitress. I also loved the fact I had to sit on my coat. Yes, it was that yucky. I also fully enjoyed having to put the paper thin T.P. in the stinky bathroom all over the toilet seat x3 and I still had to hover. Just nasty. If the smell and filth doesn't deter you, the rude waitress will. (older blonde lady) I'm in my late 40s (same age as her) We expect ignorance, but not downright rudeness. This lady needs a different career, extremely impatient (even though we were the ONLY table there) a whopping table of three. Like we were cramping her style and impeding. When we tried to lend a helping hand to the guy carrying in boxes of supplies, He was a complete jerk! We later learned he was an owner. Terrible. He treated her like she didn't belong. HE WAS RIGHT! Our standards are just a touch higher than scummy. I HAD to go there once, I guarantee you it will NEVER happen again. We walked across the street. What a difference, 100% increase in service and cleanliness! Night and day difference. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!! This place only caters to a 4...
