At one time, this was my go 2 place for 30+ years. Then, when sitting at a table this year, I witnessed the cook wiping his sweaty forehead with a bare hand & continue to cook & handle food. Now, the latest commercial shows 3 people, no hair nets or gloves making pizza (1 gal has red sores on her arm) & removing food from the oven with the dirtiest oven mitts I have ever seen. Have you not learned anything from the pandemic or have you just lowered your standards. Sure not like the original owners. I am so disappointed at your current standards. 😞 *In response, Let's take a deep breath & calm down. I actually agree with most of what you say. I did not say you should be shut down, that your food was bad, that you did not cook from scratch, that your restaurant itself was not clean, that your staff was no good or rude nor did I say anything about a dirty kitchen. I am not a troll by any means & am aware how long the business has been in Lethbridge. Commercials should showcase the best of an establishment so going forward, consider the staff & props & look at the commercial from the customer's view point. Staff working should be aware that they are in view of customers & hands are not clean when covered in sweat & yes, 550 degrees kills sweat but it is still gross to have baked sweat drops on your pizza. I'm sure your pizza & lasagna are still one of the best in Lethbridge, that was not the issue, just bringing to your attention a few points that an owner can use & pass on to staff for educational purposes. Bad Lasagna, Horrible service, takes a long time.
Food has been great when we order. However, our last order was incorrect. We received the incorrect food, and when we phoned to get the correct item it was a horrible experience. The person I spoke to was defensive about the order being made correctly. When I informed her that our dish had lasagna noodles in it, but we ordered the spaghetti, the worker was confused. Then, she informed me they could give me credit. Which would have been fine to just order the correct one. However, abruptly another person came onto the phone very rudely informing us there was nothing they could do to correct it. So I informed the lady that I would have to pick another restaurant next time. Her only response was, "k". Their workers are careless and rude. Such a disappointment after being a loyal customer. My money was wasted, and they didn't replace the item I ordered. It was a $20 dish I bought for someone else that they couldn't eat. They couldn't bring themselves to eat it because...
Read moreI'm from out of town and was in Lethbridge for a medical procedure. For this procedure, I had to fast for twelve hours, so by the time I got back to my motel room I was pretty hungry. I ordered a pizza and two can pop from Top Pizza & Spaghetti for $40.00 the two can pop was $6.00, but I was stuck in the motel room and couldn't drive. I asked how long it would take to get it here and was told one hour. They delivered it in about forty-five minutes, I paid and off she went. After she left I realized I didn't my pop... I called back and it was like they didn't remember me. No apology and it was almost like they didn't want to bring me my pop. When the lady showed up with my pop, I gave her everything back.
