I was disappointed with the quality and service we received. My husband bought me a ring for our anniversary while we were in town. It was advertised as a “daily wear” ring. It didn’t come with care instructions so I assumed it was safe to wear daily! I wore it for less than a week before it started tarnishing and turning my finger green. We live in Calgary, but we come to Lethbridge a few times a year so I put it aside until my husband would be in town next. My husband went to the store today to explain the situation, but they refused to do anything to compensate for the faulty product. They wouldn’t offer an exchange, return, or discount for a new ring. This experience was quite frustrating, especially since we had hoped for a memorable anniversary gift. The store’s lack of willingness to address the issue left us feeling undervalued as customers.
