Vesano Pizza — Restaurant in Lethbridge

I can't say enough good about this place, the food, and the people. Vesano Pizza is one of my favourite small businesses in town. I can't believe I hadn't given them a review, so this is me fixing that.

The pizza is incredible. It's very easy for a restaurant to attempt a Sicilian style pizza, but Vesano and all their staff absolutely NAIL it every time I'm in. Beautiful leopard spots and fresh ingredients. If I'm playing it safe I usually grab a Double-Roni, but on Holly's recommendation I tried the Veggie Delight and it's now my new favourite.

I also love the spot to just order a pizza and put on a podcast, and enjoy a beer. While Vesano doesn't sell the drinks, they share a space with Theoretical Brewing, so delicious food and bev's are all just RIGHT THERE. The lounge chairs are super comfy, and the large epoxy table is straight up GORGEOUS.

I really recommend going and eating in if you can, the pizza is just best when it's fresh, but I've also done take-out and it's still good. The truck is also an incredible fresh option, as they have a whole dang brick oven inside it, so don't hesitate if you see it!

Outstanding! I'm at a loss for words with our experience. This place had the most phenomenal service! When we ordered, we weren't at a resteraunt. The way we were treated, it was more like going to a friend's house for an evening. It was warm, welcoming and almost familiar. The pizza.....🤤🤤🤤 what are they doing!?!?! We ordered the Queen, which is a Margherita, and the Honu, which is a Hawaiian, but you can't even compare to traditional Margherita or Hawaiian. The crust was unreal. The smell reminded me of cinnamon sugar toast that my grandmother used to make me. The toppings were in such a perfect portion. The flavor is unmatched. Nowhere in the city delivers such an incredible bouquet of flavors. This is without a doubt, top 3 pies I've ever had in my life. My children are complete pizza snobs, and couldn't get enough. This is now our spot. I hope these guys do so good!!! Get here now and shove some of the most flavourful pizza down your gullet, and support a beautiful local business!!! Unbelievable...

I'm honestly at a loss for words. The pizza is an experience. If you're expecting or wanting another Franchise-Style (Panago, Domino's, Pizza Hut, blah blah) pizza, then you may be disappointed. But you need to experience Italian Pizza, like Vesano, at least once.

Simple ingredients. Omg the flavor! God, I wish I could make pizza dough like they do. Thin enough to cut with scissors, but firm enough to pull a slice without the toppings falling off. The air pockets around the edges. No grease. No fillers. 👌🔥❤️
