Wendy's — Restaurant in Lethbridge

I ordered on skip dishes i received everything except for my drink. Which was actually what I was craving. The driver told me that wendy's had not given him a drink. He had just gotten the bag and the frosty, he told me to call wendy's, i did I talked to a young lady who said that she had packaged everything and had handed him a frosty and a drink, i said that he told me that they did not, she told me that this happens all the time, and he was lying because She was completely sure she had handed it to him. I said, okay.Well, i'm not sure what to do because now I don't have a drink. She said she would get skip dishes to send someone to deliver my drink. And I tried to tell her that that doesn't typically happen as we've had lots of problems with skipped dishes. She said, that's okay.She will contact them. I said, okay, so i'm getting a drink, she continued to talk over me in a very loud restaurant. She told me that she would contact skip and I would we both had to do our part, i said all they'll do is. Give me a credit and it'll take me forever to get to them.And I run a day home she said that that wasn't her problem. She then started to talk over me when I wanted to address the last statement, I had to ask her if I could just finish a sentence because i started with saying to her, this is her problem absolutely just because I didn't do anything to cause it.It was either her or the driver.( I wasn't even upset about this and I was okay without the drink.I just wanted to make sure I got a credit. Which I didn't even get to tell her because she refused to listen. And then she hung up on me and now will not answer the phone. I understand it's their lunch rush. And I will call later, but I didn't even get really upset or anything. I was more irritated that she wouldn't let me speak, as I didn't think this was something that was going to be remedied by a delivery today. It's really awful service, but that's okay, cause there's a new wendy's, opening...

Had waaaay to many people crammed in the roped off waiting area. When we originally entered there was us and one other, by the time we were called we were trying not to fall over thier rope to put space between us and 10+ others. No one manning the doors/crowds so we ran into someone coming out the in door Maskless and trying to barge through us in the tiny vestibule. Going out someone was standing in the tiny exit vestibule eating there meal we literally had to juggle our two bodies, thier body and the doors to get past them, annoying anyday but more so with the public health requirements. Girl at the fries was sticking her bare hands up into the fry containers and spreading her fingers to pull them out and was the only one working not wearing gloves (did not order the fries). Usually one of my favorite fast...

I ordered a Baconator Meal (w/ fries and a drink), Chicken Salad Meal (w/ fries and drink) and Chicken Strips Meal (w/ fries and drink) 3 gravy’s in total!

We drove away (we’re not from the area), realized after driving away, We had no Baconator Burger, so we turned around, went back thru the driveway, the lady there, with her presence gave off like we were lying. Annoyed us. After we got our Baconator, we left Lethbridge, came to realize they also forgot our sauce for the salad!! And we’re already 40mins away. It’s upsetting, as they are rushing us, after they hand us our food, so they can help the next person, but not realizing they are missing items within our meals, that we paid for almost $45 worth!
