Excellent doughnuts! The chocolate on the chocolate dip is rich and decadent, the glaze on the traditional glazed was very sweet, while the doughnut itself was flavorful but still nice and light. The maple cinnamon rolls were to die for. Everyone should try them, but make sure you have some for us!
The absolute star, though, was the young gentleman who served me. He was polite and friendly, better still, very knowledgable, and best of all he was mindfully accommodating. My daughter has an issue with foods touching. When I made a simple request about it, he went above and beyond, being very careful and exacting to make sure her doughnuts were protected and saved.

Thank you for your responce, but clearly you're miss-informed, using vegetable shortening is the process of hydrogenation, and what is your reasoning for ruining(mixing) your baked hard work yummy goods\products with vegetable shortening garbage? Profits?
It seems like an ethical issue... Hence my $$$ isn't going to support your little mom-&-pop shop......
