Orded a detroit pizza and 2lb wing combo. I got a mess of a insanly small pizza and 13 tiny wings for $48. Couldn't even feed myself and too small girls ages 6 and 9. I would have loved some sympathy when i showed the guy at the counter but nothing but a shrug. I wish i could post a picture of the pizza, its laughable. Last time at this place, its gone downhill over the years. Hope others read this and take note.
In repsponse to your reply.. Unfortunately i can not post pictures to the google review for others to see. But if i could it would be more then enough said. Did you not see all the responses to the pictures posted on facebook?(i know you have). How can you claim i am in the wrong for being upset. A simple apology for starters would have went a long way here, admitting the problem would have been the solution here. I would have taken down all posts and responded saying "you had reached out and rectified the problem" without hesitation. What did you want me to do at the counter? Argue and fight infront of my two girls, i showed your staff, he saw it.. He should have pumped the breaks on that mess right there. Your response is exactly what i expected. I seriously hope you change your way of thinking cause i can tell you right now I'm not the only one that found this ridiculous. Unfortunately this was not my first bad experience here but have bit my tongue in the past. Cheers, and thanks for the...
Read moreI love a good Philly Cheese sandwich and have been getting them here for 2 years. There are many cooks in the kitchen here and not two of them make it the same way and some are good and others are just okay, but I have not had an "out of this world" Philly until now. The cook today is Kiya and she absolutely nailed the perfect Philly cheese sandwich. The exact spot for every ingredient for it not to go soggy or hard. I am so beyond impressed and everyone of my tastebuds agree with me..... they are screaming for more (but my belly can only handle 2 bites every 15ish minutes) and drooling all at the same time. I am so glad I decided to get one again, because I was getting them often but they would either go soggy or too hard too fast that my tastebuds went off them. So from my belly and my tastebuds, we say to Kiya "thank you for this astronomically, phenomenal, out of this world, fantabulous sandwich you made for me". Sincerely, A Hardcore Philly Cheese Steak Lover
Pics below are only half the sandwich, I had already eaten the other half 🥲🥲🤭🤭 I also took a bite of the 2nd half so you could see inside the layers of steak, cheese, peppers and onions (I omit the rest of their standard toppings which are lettuce, tomato and Chipotle sauce.... I also normally omit mushrooms everywhere else but they are not a standard topping here) and under the layer of...
Read moreOrdered pizza for myself and my family. The person taking our order over the phone sounded confused and not sure what we were asking for. We had specifically said we wanted pick-up and they told us it would be 20mins wait time (was also told delivery was 30-45 mins with $4 delivery fee) so once again we confirmed we wanted pick up. My mother drove to there to pick up our order, and multiple people asked her if there was a different phone number with the order and seemed to have no clue even about our order. Eventually she was told the order just went out for delivery, so she came home. A delivery driver arrived shortly after and I told him about the situation and he very nicely apologized and took the delivery fee off. He then notified us then, it was cash only for delivery or we could call with a credit card. No one had specified that before hand so we were unprepared and without cash and didn’t want to put pizza on our personal credit cards. We called them again to speak with a manager. The driver so patiently offered to wait around until we got an answer and again was very apologetic. Once we got ahold of the manager, she advised her boss could nothing for us and to send the driver back with the food. Waste of time and gas, with hungry kids to feed, and all we got from this was a “sorry...
