Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Longueuil

I order from this location at least once and month so I feel like I’ve seen everything at this point. We’ve received ❌pizzas without sauce, ❌with facelifts (where the toppings slid off) ❌missing ingredients and even accidentally ordered a thin crust pizza, which is easily the worst of its kind. 🚯Don’t order it, I promise you it’s terrible. I plead for some kind of replacement but they wouldn’t budge at all, which was very disappointing. On the other hand, ✅I don’t recall ever waiting more than an hour for my foodz to arrive, which can’t be said for other food delivery apps. ✅The online checkout process has improved, though different depending on what platform you use. ✅The value is hard to beat as other pizza places I’ve frequented don’t tend to offer even remotely similar pricing. ✅I’ve also noticed the quality of my orders have been improving, as pizzas tend to be overcooked but was done just right the last time I ordered. Otherwise my interactions with the staff have been limited but never negative, and the drivers are always great. First of all people need to back off with saying the orders are taking too long because they are working hard. (Plus there are only 2 or 3 delivery guys) If you guys actually stayed long enough to see how many orders they get all at once and how many of your phone calls are being answered you would have nothing to say. We are still in the middle of the PANDEMIC !! If nobody wants to wait for a pizza knowing what is going on ,buy a frozen pizza at the store. The pizza is great and the customer service is fantastic! We’ve been ordering from this place for the past few years and their pizza is always great—especially with our special requests! The employees are always very friendly, whether I call or go in to pick up. They never hesitate to accept special requests, and the staff in the kitchen always prepare everything perfectly. You can tell they put care into their work. I usually pick up my order now, because when paying by card, some delivery drivers select high tip amounts themselves. With the $5 delivery fee, the tip and fee combined can sometimes equal the cost of one pizza. Otherwise, this is our favorite pizza spot—we keep coming back...
