Great place, nice drinks and great staff, but there are a few problems:
There are only curtains on one side of the building. If you sit at the long table in the back in the morning or facing the counter along the wall before the sun sets, you're blinded; There aren't a whole lot of outlets. It would have been nice if there had been some around the fireplace in the center. I'll occasionally go work there and run out of battery before a seat near an outlet becomes available; There's a lot of open space in the middle where they just installed low coffee tables. I think that's a leftover from the social distancing policies... Well, there could be 2-3 more tables to fit more people working -- the location is often filled with people who do that. Alternatively, they could also fit one of those long tables with built-in outlets in that spot; The little round tables are nice looking, but if you want to have a laptop and sheets by the side when you're working, it's a bit tight and your laptop needs to be partly hanging off to the side. Some Starbucks have similar sized tables, but they're square so that tiny bit more space means it's more comfortable to work.
Adding curtains where they're missing a few tables would be a pretty cheap improvement. The outlet suggestions would require a fair amount of work, though, but if they ever have to do some renovations for whatever reasons adding some outlets, including in the middle of the store so people can plug in their computers, phones and tablets...
Read moreIt’s not normal that on a Saturday morning at 9:40 am, that it takes 25 minutes to go through the drive-through with 3 cars in front of me. The car right in front of me waited 5 minutes, got the wrong order, and had to get reimbursed and had to wait another 10 minutes to get their actual order. After getting my order, there were 5 to 7 cars waiting in the drive-through (view photos).
This is not the first time that I’ve experienced long wait times at this Starbucks. 3 out of every 5 visits, they either give me a wrong order, forget my order or simply take 10-15 minutes to prepare it.
I do not recommend this Starbucks if you simply want to pick up your order and go.

Ce n'est pas normal qu'un samedi matin à 9h40, il faille 25 minutes pour passer au drive-through avec 3 voitures devant moi. La voiture juste devant moi a attendu 5 minutes, a reçu une mauvaise commande, a dû être remboursée et a dû attendre encore 10 minutes pour obtenir sa commande réelle. Après avoir reçu ma commande, il y avait 5 à 7 voitures qui attendaient dans le drive-through (voir les photos).
Ce n'est pas la première fois que je suis confronté à de longs délais d'attente dans ce Starbucks. 3 visites sur 5, que ce soit dans le café ou au drive-through, ils me donnent une mauvaise commande, oublient ma commande ou prennent 10 à 15 minutes pour la préparer.
Je ne recommande pas ce Starbucks si vous voulez simplement passer prendre votre...
Read moretl;dr: 30+ minute wait time (with no apparent reason - other's orders were prioritized over mine???), many others ordered and got served before I was served, 1/2 drinks were made incorrectly.
Ordered 2 drinks on mobile (a frappucino and a coffee), and considered waiting in the drive thru (there were like 5-6 cars in the drive thru line, which would take probably 10 minutes to clear at any of my local Starbucks) but after the drive thru not moving at all for almost 10 minutes, decided to go inside.
Once inside, I watched MANY people order at the counter and get their drinks well before mine. I finally got my Frappuccino about 15 minutes after my app said it should be done (30 minutes after ordering), then started the wait for the coffee. Luckily, one of the ladies working there asked if I was waiting for another drink, and I showed her on my app. She said "it's just a coffee!" (she also seemed to think it was crazy how long I'd been waiting - normal coffees and Frappuccinos were the responsibility of her coworkers) so she went and looked into it for me. I have no idea why it took so long, but I'm not certain I would have ever gotten the coffee if she hadn't intervened.
My husband said his coffee was really good, but I'm fairly certain that my Frappuccino was made...
