Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Longueuil

Once again, I get disappointment from this chain of "restaurants"... I went there because my usual place was unexpectedly closed, it was in the same neighborhood and I was craving for sushi (I thought it had 4 Google stars, so couldn't be that bad, right?).

Well, the girl at the counter first offered already made combos, which I don't really like because I like my rolls and japanese food in general done at the moment, so I declined just to notice when I got home that one of the ordered items were not just cold, but all saggy and from who knows when.

The rolls were all loose and crumbled down (some of them at picking up and some when dipped in the soy sauce): the avocado was going black, the tamago was not good and, in general, it was definitely not a good returning experience (I had been at one of these shops before).

Won't be going back again...

Picked up an order last night and had to throw away food for the first time. 75% of my order was fine, except for my favorite Sushi (Sumomaki Vege Deluxe) which was horribly overcooked.

Cooked avocado, cooked mayo, soggy rice, disgusting mushy appearance, I regret not checking before I left cause I would definitely asked for new ones. Ended up forcing myself to eat one and was almost sick.

The rest of the order was fine, except for the Wonton Chips which were also overcooked (Clearly someone wasn't too sure how to fry stuff properly that night).

I get mistakes can be made but I would have appreciated to be offered for you to make new ones instead...

The food itself is super good, fresh, tasty The service is ordinary.... I bought two plates to go, i noticed the cashier overcharged me more then 20$, after i said why so expensive ? She started to be mad at me, complain about giving my extra 20 $ money, did not offer any excuses no rebate.......... isn t there a law that say that a 10$ rebate occurs when a price is wrong at the cash machine ????? Why a cashier don t know that ?????
